Needed a short-term rental between selling old house & moving to new one. Hosts rerouted us when some last-minute problems arose, could not have been more accommodating. Perfect location, pet friendly, close to shops & work. Appreciate the effort taking care of us!

I visited as a solo traveler for one month. Outside the property appeared in similar condition as the listing photos. However, the inside had been well loved in comparison to the photos provided. The couches were so worn, stained, and smelly. Many blinds were broken. The walls, baseboards, lamps, windowsills, and vents were covered with a thick layer of dust. Some spots of mold were present on the walls and vents. I purchased and used a total of 3 Clorox allergen & dander spray during my stay. It was clear that surfaces had been wiped/ disinfected, but no effort to deep clean the property had taken place in quite some time. All of the rugs had lived their life and needed to be replaced/ washed. There was also yellow and black striped caution tape on the floor where some of the floor boards had separated. The tape was very old and worn and really a sketchy eye sore. This was also not pictured in the listing. There was a side porch that had been walled in to make the laundry room. Some pest control concerns in that area.I was pleased with the cleanliness of the bathroom and kitchen, however. The pots and pans and utensils were spotless. Even the silverware organizers were clean and crumb-free which I feel is difficult to accomplish in any setting, much less a rental.I had some initial safety concerns, which Owner worked with me to address immediately. Communicating with them was easy and they were all friendly.
