Such a cute little house and perfect for a quick weekend trip! The house was very clean and all the linens and blankets, including the throw blankets on the couch, smelled so fresh and clean which we found very comforting. We will definitely keep it in mind for future trips !
The house was very easy to find and the location was perfect for us. It is very comfortable, quiet and stocked with all the amenities we needed. They even had us coffee and snacks! The beds are comfortable, nice linens and plenty of towels are provided. There is a nice outdoor space with a fire pit we enjoyed in the evening. The host was great to work with and was quick to get us anything we needed. Very charming house and we enjoyed our stay very much!
The property was exactly what was listed and it was the perfect spot for our family. I love how walkable the area was and how close it was to the park.
The hosts were great communicators and thoughtfully provided some essentials like hand soap, detergent, water bottles, and coffee k cups.It was a great memory to stay in a historic row house with nicely appointed rooms for all of us. We are a family of 5. We used the kitchen every day, and it had all the equipment we could have wanted. Our only regret: the weather didn't allow us to enjoy the private backyard, grill and fire pit.If we get to visit Lancaster again, this will be our first choice.
Very nice clean property, worked well for us to be close to the center of town. Plenty of easy parking right out front. Be prepared for lots of stairs!
The space was lovely and the communication from the owner was great. We really appreciated being able to stay in a nice place that was walkable to the convention center.
Good location, convenient to Spooky Nook. Property was very well maintained and quite comfortable all around. Was concerned about on-street parking, but wasn’t an issue. Would definitely stay here on next visit
This was such a wonderful home! There was plenty of space for all of us, and plenty of amenities. Everything was clean and well kept, and all of our questions were answered by looking in the guide book!
This restored row house is delightful. The rooms feel spacious and are comfortably appointed. The bed linens and bath towels were really nice. Loved the sunny front rooms. The gas grill and back enclosed patio is a plus,
My friends and I came for a reading weekend to celebrate my birthday. This home was perfect to accommodate all my girls lounging around with reading, doing book related crafts and drinking wine. Plenty of seating and surprisingly blankets. Also serendipitously a little free library out front! Cute decor and great location. Highly recommend.
We had three couples that stayed, while attending a 4 day conference at the convention center. It was conveniently located 5-10 minutes away. We primarily ate and slept in the house and both were comfortable and conveniently stocked. The master bedroom in on the second floor and the other two queen beds on the third floor. We would definitely stay here again!
Better than advertised - great location - super clean - easy to communicate with. 10 out of 10

Nicely renovated intown townhouse
We thoroughly enjoyed the house. Nice setup for a family. Everything we needed to grill and cook a meal in a lovely kitchen. Convenient for city activities. Easy parking across the street
Just an idea for the future might be an outdoor table and chairs in the fenced in yard space. It's a nice sized safe space . Thank you.
My wife and I were joining two of my high school friends and their wives to attend another friend’s wedding. This was the perfect place for us. Well appointed and every detail taken care of. I couldn’t recommend a better place. Great communication at every step. We would definitely stay here again if we were traveling to the Lancaster area again. Five stars all around!
This property is gem nestled in an urban street. It was quiet and clean, and the house itself was simple and modern. The historic dwelling has been throughtfully upgraded with recessed lighting, contemporary fixtures, and some rustic touches. The house was ideal for our family of five. The kitchen was well-equipped and very functional. The rest of the house was roomy with adequate gathering space in the living room and dining area. The backyard patio was a wonderful treat with a gas grill and firepit where we relaxed in the evening. The hosts are excellent people, as they were more than gracious when a bag was ledt behind. We had a great time and will come again soon!
Everything was sparkling clean, which is my number one priority. We did not understand that the room with the bunkbeds was on the second floor and that one of the couples had to go up to the third floor, which has no bathroom. We are all seniors so that was a little challenging. However, that could just be me not reading the listing correctly. It might have been very clear on the listing, but it was not clear in my head lol. The back yard patio, the kitchen, and living area were all very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable as well. Wonderful laundry room. We felt plenty safe in the neighborhood and even chatted with some neighbors. Parking is the only issue and only if you get there after business hours. There is no parking in the lot across the street so that was slightly challenging, but not enough to be a problem for us. Overall, our stay was lovely and the host even allowed us another night when one of us had a medical issue, which was so generous. We are very appreciative. They were also excellent communicators. Would we stay again? YES!
