New appliances (oven with Air Fryer setting!), new flooring and freshly painted. Cable TV and Wifi in the unit. Well-equipped kitchen with pots, pans, cooking gadgets, spices, and coffee maker. The dining table seats up to 6 and 3 more sittings at the kitchen peninsula.
Roku TV and speaker, a 55" Amazon Smart TV in the Living room, a 42" in master bedroom and a 32" in guest bedroom. Log in with your streaming services or use our Smart Tv or Chromecast on the BR TV. An audio Soundbar for the LR TV is also a bluetooth speaker.
