Pride of ownership is immediately evident in this newly remodeled sound view home. BRAND NEW HEATED POOL (Heating of the pool can be done at an additional cost of $85/day.) Pool area also features a raised water feature with jets (Not able to be heated.) This home offers beautiful high end finishes which contribute to the wow factor. You will think you have entered lifestyles of the rich and important when you walk into this home. You enter into the living area, dining area and kitchen which are combined and offer lots of space for the family to congregate. Whether you’re cooking, dining, or watching a ball game on the large wall mounted television you will find the space to be a delightful departure from the ordinary. With lots of windows the space is bright and airy and offers island views in all directions. Don't leave Fido behind! You're four-legged family member is welcome to stay too (with non-refundable pet fee).

There are two bedrooms on the main level which shares an updated bathroom with the common areas. One of the main level bedrooms has a queen over queen bunk bed and the other has a single queen bed. There is a nice porch off the living area of the main level as well as a small balcony on the rear of this level.

The primary bedroom is at the front of the home on the top floor with a king bed, twin sleeper sofa, and luxurious en suite bath. This bedroom also has a private sound facing deck. The second bedroom on the top floor is at the rear of the home. This bedroom has a queen bed, en suite bath and small private balcony.

If you are looking for a home where everything is new and pristine this is it. It even comes with 2 adult bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and a beach wagon! New features added downstairs - Pac-Man Game, Foosball Table, Pool Table, and Dart Board!

We’ve done several trips to Florida beaches and the outer banks. All family members agreed this was the best house we’ve rented. Easy walk to the beach. Very clean. Everything needed to enjoy your stay. Can’t think of anything that would make it better.

Perfect house and location

House was very nice and great for large family. Well equipped with lots of things for cooking at home. Plenty of things for kids and teens to do with pool table, foos ball, dart board, video games and lots of tv"s. Not to mention the beautiful nice sized pool in back yard and the fire pit. Located in perfect spot not far from the ocean and steps away to the bay. Small grocery/convenient store within walking distance too. My family and I thought this home was fantastic and highly recommend it. It's an older home but with very nice modern upgrades inside. We were very happy overall and enjoyed it very much.

Gulf Breeze House

I did not like the check-in process. We should not have had to actually go to the office to check in. There are many ways to verify it was us and you could have texted me the door code. Ridiculous that we can’t check in until 5 pm but you close at 6.

Great location, beautiful home

We were coming as a family for an event in Pensacola. We had my entire family, my sister and my parents with us at this home. It was more than adequate for 6 adults (some late teens). There was plenty of space. My mother is a clean freak and this home was spotless upon arrival and passed her test! The three bathrooms were beautiful. The decor was adequate. The only thing we felt could be better is there are no dressers in any of the four bedrooms to unpack your suitcases. There are good size closets. Overall, we would definitely stay again! It was a lovely home and just a beautiful location.

Family vacation

I rented this for a little over a week as my son was married in Pensacola. We had six adults staying at the house. It was definitely large enough for all of us. The pool area is wonderful and having the additional chairs to take to the beach was very nice addition. We travel by airplane so the only thing that we had to purchase more soap, toilet paper, paper towels those types of things they really do only have 2 to 3 days worth of supplies. We stayed for nine days so that made it a little difficult to figure out exactly what we needed, some homes I’ve stayed at in the past have extras depending on the time of your stay I realize it’s hard to get to an exact amount

Overall great house!

This house itself is fantastic, but lacks some of the basics. Home is modern, clean, and spacious. It does, however, lack any beach equipment such as beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. Additionally, there was a shortage of all basic supplies such as, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, as well as basic kitchen needs such as salt and pepper. Overall, we really enjoy the home and our stay, but filling in some of the gaps I’ve listed, this home would be extraordinary.

My husband and I took our 2 teen boys and a few of their friends for a week at the beach. Unfortunately, it rained (POURED) every day we were there. But, the few times we were able to get out, we loved the proximity to the beach and the sound. It was a quiet, pleasant neighborhood and a quick walk across the street to the beach.The house was great for us, we had a total of 2 adults and 6 teens. The living space was comfortable and the kitchen beautiful as well as fully stocked with utensils, dishes, cookware, etc.The house is remodeled and furnishings are all new- which made the stay even better. We definitely recommend this home for any beach goer- rainy days and all.

We were traveling with a 3 mo th old and planned to cook I. The entire week and brought food do several meals were ruined by trying to cook on a small convection oven which is very difficult. Master bedroom stays very hot. Landscaping around the pool is not maintained very well and causes nats and bugs to bother you at the pool. Tge front steps are very slippery when it rains be very careful.

Paradise Beach Home

So, beware if it's raining. The picture and description were totally accurate. The property was maintained and clean when we arrived. The management was quite helpful. They gave us information on fishing requirements. I would recommend this property. We found the Trolley quite helpful. It is from 4:00 p.m.-12:00 a.m. You can park your vehicle, get on the trolley, go to dinner, go to the beach on the boardwalk. Access to the beach was within walking distance.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had an incredible time. The house is beautiful both inside and out, there's a ton of space, and we enjoyed the location. We had many families & many kids in and out throughout our stay and it was well-equipped to handle the chaos! The house is stocked to the nines. Kitchen is equipped with great pots & pans, the garage area is a nice play area for kids, and the pool/beach needs are all there (wagon, pool floats, you name it). We had plenty of towels, both bath and beach towels, and property was perfectly maintained.We had many kids with us (all under 5), so the stairs got a little tricky, but there was plenty of space for everyone to play. The open design of the kitchen & living room was perfect for the family to hang together while cooking dinner. The house is also really close to the beach. It was maybe a 5 min walk to the public beach directly across the main road. We took the wagon many times with the kids and it was easy. The pool was also nice to have (I wish we had it heated for this time of year as it got a little chilly/less enjoyable for adults).
