Perfect Location!

Steps from the beach and down the street from all of the things to do in Pensacola Beach. The house itself has been updated nicely and it's perfect to have everyone on the same floor. The only issue was there was not a small grassy yard for our pet. The weeds could've been cleaned up in the backyard by the pool better and some older outdoor things should've been thrown away but other than that it was fine. To the eye the property was clean, but there were still a few little things unclean. Paradise Beach Homes was great to work with!

This house is absolutely perfect. It’s very close to a beach access, and also has an unobstructed view of the ocean, that most on the same side of the street don’t. The layout is perfect for two families if needed. Recommend highly.

Great Pensacola Beach Stay

Great location, walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Clean and comfortable accommodations. The pool area could use some TLC but we spent most of our time at the beach.

Birthday in Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this to celebrate my wife’s 60th Birthday and did we ever!! The house was perfect for the 4 couples staying with us, every room had its own full bathroom, and the master was fantastic with king bed and ocean views to wake to. The pool was chilly but we all really enjoyed the ample area to grill out hang and swim. The front deck is huge and has the best ocean views for morning coffee or evening cocktails, truly a perfect spot. House had everything we needed then some. House was clean when we arrived and you could tell very well maintained top to bottom. We only had to drive from Perdido Key, but everyone else traveled from all over. PNS was easy to get to and leave from, we loved showing off the area, boat ride saw the Blue Angels return and dolphins galore. Capped off the birthday with dinner at the Grand Marlin, our favorite!! We are already planning our next stay at Ariola 209, a true gem.

The view of the ocean is spectacular, from every room on the front side. Loved the porch and chairs oh so comfortable. The staff always so courteous, checking to be sure we had all we needed. Easily prepared most of our meals at the house. All of the non-wooden chairs are rusted and need to be replaced. The pool umbrella needs to be secured better to patio table. There was visible trash on the property in the over grown weeds between both sides of the house.

Great location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this rental house is perfect if you cannot get one directly on the ocean. Although it is across the street, no buildings impede the view. The public beach access is across the street about 100' down. It is ideal. The house is clean and beds are comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. I was disappointed that there were no chest of drawers in the bedrooms, no side table or piece of furniture in the living room to use as a bar. The living room had seating for 5 people and the house sleeps 12. A nice rug in the living room might make the room feel... not so basic. The TV didn't have internet connectivity, so couldn't access Netflix, Prime, etc. If it did, need instructions because we couldn't ever figure it out. We rented in the winter so the pool wasn't an issue. I would imagine having this home in the Summer would be great. We loved that all of the bedrooms have private baths and either queen or King beds and all of the mattresses were very comfortable. All in all the house was comfortable and location was ideal.
