With over 3,000 sq. ft. of space, five bedrooms, and sleeping accommodations for up to 14 guests, Indigo offers room to gather while giving everyone space to unwind. Enjoy four king bedrooms, a dedicated bunk room, an ocean-view hot tub, a game room, and inviting indoor and outdoor spaces.



Wake up to the sound of the surf, sip coffee overlooking the Pacific, explore the nearby beach, then return for a relaxing soak, a movie night by the electric fireplace, or drinks around the balcony fire pit beneath the stars.

GUEST ACCESS



Guests have private access to the entire home and its indoor and outdoor spaces, including all bedrooms, the kitchen, laundry facilities, hot tub, game room, outdoor lounge, BBQ, and balcony fire pit.



Self check-in is available via smart lock. Guests also have access to driveway parking, the garage EV charging port, and provided beach gear.



Beach access is via the community path, approximately a 2-minute walk from the home.



ACCESSIBILITY



• The home is not wheelchair accessible.

• The multi-story layout includes several flights of stairs with handrails.

• The lower-level bedroom has access to a half bathroom only; there is no shower or bathtub on that level.



Please consider the stairs and bathroom layout when booking for guests with mobility needs, young children, or older adults.



OTHER THINGS TO NOTE



• Pet fee: $250 for up to three dogs.

• Parking is limited by HOA rules. A maximum of three cars may park in front of the home; additional vehicles may use the paved side driveway, subject to applicable parking restrictions.

• Please bring a compatible charging connector if you plan to use the EV charging port.

• The home is professionally cleaned between stays.

Indigo is part of a newer coastal community that is still developing. You may occasionally see or hear daytime construction nearby, including construction vehicles, equipment, noise, and activity. Schedules vary and are outside our control, but we want guests to know what to expect before arrival.
