Really disappointed

We have stayed in Shockoe Bottom before it is a good location for having fun in Richmond. This was very disappointing. The place reeked of marijuana. You have to walk through an extremely dirty alley to find the place (tons of garbage and mattresses thrown everywhere). Limited lighting and the dryer is broken. Parking instructions were vague. (Got our car towed).
