In Downtown Richmond, there is always nightlife. The property does a good job of making it so outside noises are not overwhelming. Listing is exactly as described in a historic building. Lots of stairs & walking to/from nearby paid parking. Staff is friendly & knowledgeable.Would stay again if I needed to stay in downtown Richmond again.

Camille, Glad you enjoyed yourself in our newly renovated building. It was a pleasure hosting you! Also, Camille deserves a 5-star rating across the board, the 0 stars for cleanliness was an oversight on our part during the rating process and due to the policy Vrbo has in place we nor Vrbo can correct the error. We very much look forward to hosting Camille again the next time she is in town!

Parking was pay by the day, and I wasn't aware of that. I assumed parking was included in the stay because the description said that parking was available behind the building. Otherwise, the place was very nice, and the host and his assistant were very helpful. He even helped get my bags up to the apartment, which was awesome!!
