Three bedroom renovated villa with new LVP flooring,fresh paint,lighting,smart TV"s and mattresses. It’s located on the 2nd floor of Richmond Park in Kingston Resort with 1 flight of stairs. It has new living room furniture and bedding. The main bedroom has a King bed . The 2nd bedroom has one Queen bed with an equally appointed twin daybed also. The third bedroom has 3 twin beds.The Villa has a beautiful living/dining area and a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops. A large private balcony is available for outside entertaining or lounging with a full view of the lake in the foreground of the Atlantic Ocean just through the trees. It features free parking and free high-speed Wifi (400 Mbps).

Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool passes) Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.

Weekly and monthly discounts available. $500 security deposit held.

Kingston Resort is a 145-acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family-friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. Richmond Park is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, multiple swimming pools, and winding sidewalks with a 5-minute walk to the beach.

There was so much to do on the resort, and the location was nice, clean and convenient. Had an issue with the pin for the first day, but the owners answered and assisted immediately. Will definitely go back

Quiet and comfortable stay

This condo unit has been fully renovated with tasteful decorating and comfortable furniture. The back outdoor deck is particularly inviting in the afternoon to watch the sunsets. The kitchen is large and fully equipped and the washer and dryer are conveniently located behind sliding doors. Lots of closet space for clothing and storage.

I do not know much about this place. I arrived at 3am and left the location as soon as I could. I booked another place because it was dirty. So many dead roaches. I took pictures of 7, but there were a few more. Each bedroom had at least 1, 2 in the living room, and 1 in the kitchen. There was 1 in the bathroom but I did not check all of them.

Thank you for your review and feedback. HOA sprays the units routinely due to the heavy rains this summer more bugs are coming inside. The good thing was the bugs were dead so the pest control is working.

Peaceful tranquility

Absolute perfection with this rental. If you are looking for quiet peaceful relaxation in a tranquil setting, look no further. Property surrounded by trees and living room overlooks ponds where you can watch the wildlife and birds. Lots of space and room for everyone, beds provide awesome night sleep, large TV's in all bedrooms. Large kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. Beach is only a 3-4 minute walk if you take the best path. Management always immediately responded to questions/requests and beyond accommodating. If you want to be away from the noise of touristy areas, this is the place for you. Grounds have 24/7 security, and gated community. I wish I would have extended here for the remainder of the winter season. This place is amazing! I will definitely return and would recommend to all.
