Please take the garbage out of the garbage cans and throw it into the garbage container in front of the condominium. 🗑️
Please turn off all lights and turn off air conditioners. Lock the doors and leave the key in the safe box and enter the code. 💡
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
It is required to remove the sand outside the apartment, pots, cutlery and dishes must be clean and not leave them in the sink at checkout time.
The Condominium Regulations do not allow smoking, vaping or electronic cigarettes inside the apartment or around the Condominium.
The Condominium Regulations do not allow hanging clothes on the fence of the Condominium. You can hang them on the back balcony of the apartment.
