This is your private single-family home away from home in one of the best areas of Bend! The welcoming living room, dining, and kitchen area have vaulted ceilings with skylights and large windows providing plenty of light. The living room is complete with plenty of cozy seating for your group, board games, and a large-screen TV. The kitchen is well stocked for adults, kids, and dogs including coffee to get your morning off to a smooth start!
Dining for 6 is available both inside and out.
Bedroom 1 has a cozy Helix queen bed and closet with shelves and hanging storage.
Bedroom 2 has another super comfortable Helix queen bed, shelves and hanging storage in the closet, and a desk providing a quiet place to work if you must while here.
Bedroom 3 has a luxurious Helix king bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a large shower and plenty of storage.
All bedrooms have plenty of pillows, extra blankets, hangers in the closets, and oh-so-cozy linens!
An additional bathroom is off the hallway with a tub-shower and plenty of storage.
Both bathrooms provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips, cotton balls, plush towels, and a hair dryer.
We don't need you to do any laundry while here, but if needed, a full sized washer and dryer are in the hall closet available for your use.
You'll also have access to the two-car garage for car or gear storage.
In the fully fenced large backyard you'll find a large paver patio with a propane grill, outdoor dining and lounge seating to soak in the Central Oregon air and let the kids and dogs play! There is bocce ball and croquet available for your use as well!
The home offers newly added central air for cooling the hot summers and warming you after a winter day in the mountains.
The Wi-fi is speedy for whatever your online needs may be.

The midtown residential neighborhood you’ll stay in is a family-friendly neighborhood great for a stroll! You’ll be close to Pilot Butte, Al Moody Park and various restaurants, food cart pods, grocery stores and other necessities with access to all Central Oregon has to offer a short drive in any direction.

Such a calm, zen space

We live in Bend but we’re getting our floors done. It’s so hard finding a space that allows 3 dogs but the hosts were amazing and welcoming and our stay was sooooooo peaceful. The home was not only comfortable for us, but our pups were so relaxed. We loved it. 10/10 recommend

Bend has been home for us since 2015 and we look forward to many more years of exploration in this area. We spend our working hours as nurses and our play hours hiking, backpacking, camping, running, biking, stand-up paddle boarding, and touring the local kid hangouts with our young son. Downtime is spent at the ever-increasing number of breweries, soaking up a central Oregon sunset, chowing at one of the new food cart pods, and relaxing on our deck! We love the fact that Bend makes you feel like you always have so much to explore! We hope you’ll embrace this magical community, be a friendly presence and try something you’ve never done! We look forward to helping you plan a memorable time with your loved ones and can’t wait to hear about it!

We live in this neighborhood and think it's a special little pocket of Bend--close to all the essentials and fun hangouts with easy access to all of Central Oregon.

What makes this property unique

Fabulous location, quiet, family-friendly residential neighborhood very close to Al Moody Park as well as other parks in the neighborhood. A spacious backyard with dining and lounge seating as well as lawn games provide great space while the dogs run and kiddos play. Many restaurants, breweries, and food cart pods close by as well as all the essentials and some space to play.
