This lovely home is ready just in time for Memorial Day! Welcome to St Helens Cottage, a sweet, warm and inviting vintage-but-modern home featuring 2 bedrooms (king, queen) and 1 bathroom.

DOWNTOWN LOCATION
You are a mere 2 blocks from everything downtown...some of Bend's finest restaurants, breweries and entertainment. Take an easy stroll into the very heart of downtown Bend, the Old Mill or the Deschutes River. The best of the westside of Bend and the Old Mill is so walkable from this charm-soaked home. The westside of Bend features favorites like 10 Barrel Brewing, Ariana's, The Victorian Café and many more shops and eateries. The Old Mill is home to Bend’s largest cinema, riverfront dining, and shopping galore. Walkscore of 86...hard to find anything closer!

Set up and back from a quiet residential street just 2 blocks from downtown Bend you will love exploring both the inside and outdoor spaces of this charming and generous home. The huge front yard is perfectly suited to relaxing in the sun. Don’t miss the gas BBQ for your summer grilling.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The 2 bedroom are on either ends of the home. Both beds feature high thread count linens with European style bedding. You'll find extra blankets and pillows in the home as well. The spacious king bedroom is bright and inviting with shaded south facing windows. The king bedroom also has a private workspace and a very generously sized closet. The queen bedroom is on the other side of the home in the sun room. It is private and insulated with 2 layers of custom blinds and A/C provided year round.

WIFI and TV
Free 300+ MBPS internet and 3 smart TVs. There is a TV in each bedroom and in the living room. Each of the smart TVs has ROKU Live TV with 350+ free channels. You can also access all your own streaming subscriptions.

OUTDOORS and PET FRIENDLY
The front yard is park-like and perfect for play and lounging. For kids and pups, please be aware that the fence is 3-4 feet tall in places. Escape artists will have no problem getting free! We do ask you to be whisper quiet in the yard after 10pm.

PARKING
Private off-street parking for 1 standard sized vehicle. If you have a small vehicle, you may be able to pull all the way forward and park a 2nd small, standard sized vehicle behind your car. This home has a shared driveway so it will be very important to not block the neighbor's access. There is paid street parking as well. Please use the QR code in the home to purchase your parking when you arrive.

We had a very comfortable stay at At. Helen’s Place. It is a great location with very comfortable beds and pillows, a well stocked kitchen, lots of light, and our dog really enjoyed exploring the front yard. We had one or two questions of the host during our stay and they were very responsive.I expect we will that here again Thanks again for a great stay.

Eveything thing you need is at this place. It was clean, noce place. Great neighborhood, quick drive to everything you need. Even had a few deer in the front yard. When i go ba k to bend, hopefully it will be available again.

We had 3 lovely nights at this cute cottage located within blocks of downtown. The king bed was exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Would stay again and would highly recommend.

We enjoyed every minute and all the details that were thought of! Our pups had a ball exploring the neighborhoods and water (goose poop is a delicacy). Communication with the host was easy - we didn’t need anything but they were available if we did

Great sized 2 bedroom house close to Downtown

The vacation rental was excellent all around. The house itself has lots of room, super clean, well amenitized and very comfy. We walked to all the cute shops Downtown as well as to the Riverwalk which was only a few blocks away. Parking was great and the neighborhood was super quiet. I would definitely recommend 100 percent

Cute dog friendly bungalow in a great neighborhood

We just loved this bungalow. The place was spacious for 3 of us plus 2 dogs and there is a plenty of yard space out in the front and parking space on the side. The place was clean and well equipped. Everything worked well. The place was so nice that we ended up staying at the bungalow for our dinner every night. We just didn't want to go anywhere else! We will definitely come back!

Quiet, Comfortable, and Clean

My husband’s first words as we stepped into the home were, “Great job on finding this place!”. St. Helen’s Place Cottage was super clean while also inviting. The home had everything we needed for our stay, including dog bowls and doggy bags. The front yard was a serene, secure outdoor space. When we misplaced our access pin to the front door, the team responded quickly to help us gain access. We booked the cottage in Feb as a pit stop for a longer road trip. The location was amazing with so many restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance that we wished we were staying longer. We intend to return for a longer stay so we can fully enjoy all this home has to offer.
