Cypress Woods Golf and Country Club on 18th tee!

Prefer to rent for the full 3 months of Jan, Feb and March to one party and I will waive/pay cost of app fee and background check ($500) if book those months. One month minimum otherwise, with 5 weeks advanced notice to club.
Golf course will be newly renovated for 2027!!
This beautiful, updated, 2nd floor, 3 bedroom 2 bath condo in the Laurel Greens South community has it all!! Temporary membership during your stay for $500 additional fee (optional, but HIGHLY recommended) to enjoy our professional, 18 hole Championship golf course at discount rates , with Pickleball, bocci, gym, club pool and award winning dining at the members club house. Rental application fee by Cypress Woods is $350.00 with CW club background check at $150.
All just 6 miles to the Gulf beach or Mercato shopping and dining, CW is just off Immokalee Rd and Rt 75, with convenience to everything (Publix, Target, etc.). All newly furnished. No carpeting with all bamboo or tile flooring throughout this large condo. The screened in lanai overlooks the 18th tee and 11th fairway with pond view. 2 Queen beds and 2 Twin beds allow for total of 6 guests. One car, attached garage and code gated access will provide the true privacy and security that will make your stay extremely comfortable, enjoyable and relaxing. Walk to clubhouse and pool. We had a wonderful winter at this condo. It was beautifully decorated. Keith was very easy to reach. I would recommend this condo to anyone… there is so much to do in Naples but at this particular community the golf course is fabulous. The grill room and the dining room have delicious food. I can’t say enough from the Pro Shop to the cart area… to the restaurant. Everyone is great.!

Great February stay at Cypress Woods, Laurel Green South!

The property was great! Clean, comfortable and as advertised. No surprises!! The member transfer was wonderful. Since the pool was in walking distance we were able to spend numerous afternoons there in the Naples sun. I really enjoyed the golf course, especially since we were able to get tee times, even though it was the busy month of February! Maybe not the exact time, but definitely able to get out and play. Even though we didn't get to use it as much as we would have liked, the clubhouse food was really good and very reasonably priced. Lastly, lots of pickle ball courts and players too. What a fund month!
