Great Naples rental

Everything was terrific. 3 bedrooms, spacious condo with 2 car garage. Excellent pool, clubhouse and golf course. Proximity to I75 and Immokalee Rd made it convenient to get to beaches in Naples an Bonita Beach. 👍😀

The best support and attention to detail I have ever experienced

The entire experience was amazing. Cypress is wonderful, and the house is even better. The attention to details, such as emergency consumer items, is fantastic. In the garage, you can find beach items and bikes for a great experience. It's very nice to ride the bikes to the aqua range or on the trail. It was the best support and attention I have experienced on all my trips so far. We enjoyed every minute.

We are a family of 5 from Maryland and absolutely love spending time in Naples. My parents are snow birds and live in the community.

Why they chose this property

Cypress Woods is very quiet and the people are very friendly. We feel safe here. It is a private club with reasonable golf rates and beautiful amenities. There are activities and club events for non golfers. We also enjoy the miles of paved sidewalks for biking or walking in the community.

What makes this property unique

My home is fully decorated, very clean and feels extremely comfortable the moment you walk in. Whether you're a family of 2 or 7, you will be comfortable here. It is an end unit so it feels very private when you walk out the door. The bedrooms are spaced out with plenty of closet space. Televisions are in each bedroom. The second story lanai is partially shaded and private due to two trees (see photos) and it's a perfect location to watch golfers hit onto the first fairway. The home is at the 150 yard marker so most balls land within eyesight from the lanai. The kitchen is spacious with plenty of granite counter space and all the amenities to feel at home.
