Very Comfortable

We had a very pleasant stay, and it was perfect for my family. Very clean and comfortable. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Great location. Beautiful parks nearby, perfect for a walk with the dogs.

Place was clean and very spacious. It was in a good area where there wasn't a lot of traffic getting in or out. Host was very welcoming and helpful.

Family visit

We were in town to visit family and the location of this house made it very convenient to do so. Also great for walking close by and a grocery store a short drive away.

I am the President/Mortgage Broker of INVision Lending a boutique Texas Mortgage company we provide solutions for loans for land, residential homes, and commercial loans. I am also a real estate investor. My rentals are all focused on providing quality housing to families and traveling professionals. My hobbies are cooking, traveling, camping, hiking, and training my Border Collies Fanniemae and Freddiemac!

I purchased the property as an already operating short-term rental back in 2019. Everyone who has stayed says they feel very safe with their cars parked on the street or outback due to the low crime rate duet as the Carrollton Police Station next door and on the same street.

I love being able to personally tend to my tenants since all my properties are local to where I live. I have a 24-hour on-call staff that can tend to my tenant's needs even if I am not around. Customer service is paramount to us.
