Cute cozy cottage with in-ground lap pool, heated for winter use!

This cute cottage sleeps six and has all the comforts of home! You will find it has high-end furnishings and feels like a true Vacation home with great pops of color! We've actually had several guests tell us it's the best vacation home they have ever stayed in as far as condition and amenities. The master bedroom is very large with one king bed and two twins (trundle). The secondary bedroom sleeps two with one queen bed. Each bedroom has a private bath with one bath having access through the hall, as well. Both baths have been beautifully remodeled. The kitchen boasts granite counter tops and stainless appliances. There are plenty of dishes, pot and pans, utensils and glasses. Also included in the kitchen is a blender, two coffee makers, a crock pot and toaster. It has all you will need! The thing that actually makes the home so quaint and gives the feel of a cottage are the plantation shutters, as well as the screened door leading to the fenced back patio (to contain little ones from the lap pool). The back patio overlooks the refreshing lap pool (heats like a spa, though not a hottub), as well as a large gazebo! The neighborhood is extremely quiet and has huge trees throughout, as well as a couple of lovely lakes. It's a wonderful place to just walk and enjoy nature. This home is a true gem, and we are confident you will enjoy your stay as many others have! Not only that...it's super convenient to major highways...George Bush and Central Expressway. Interstate 30 is approximately a 10-15 minute drive and Dallas North Tollway is about a 10-15 minute drive in the opposite direction, as well!
