Host was incredibly responsive. Stayed with 4 guys on a golf trip. We each had our own room and the common space worked out well. It’s not super fancy but it was perfect for our needs. Good location for younger (in our 50’s) to walk to old town but our older guests (70’s and 80’s) opted for a cheap uber ride. Parking was simple and safe. Would stay here again for sure. Silly aside - the towels were very nice!

This town home was in a great location. In the ‘Old Town’ district and close to everything- shopping, grocery stores, mall, baseball field. Pool was great and close to home. Home was clean, towels available to use pool, 4 bedrooms to accompany a bigger family or group.

Was disappointed in the fact that the property was not very clean. The mirrors in the bathroom upstairs and the bedroom to the left were not clean. The sound bar by the TV looked like it had not been cleaned in months. There were 2 light bulbs out in the bedroom to the left.The downstairs looks to be in better shape then the upstairs. The bathroom upstairs definitely needs to have some attention paid to it. The base boards looked awful.The property gave us the feeling of not being very clean.

Perfect location

Great location for our group of 7 friends who met up in Scottsdale. Grocery stores, cafes and restaurants are within a 5 min walk. It was a short 10-15 min walk into old Scottsdale with lots of bars and restaurants. Top golf and kart racing were a short 10 min or so uber drive away. The house was clean and well stocked with towels, toiletries and kitchenware. It was a good size for our group. Having 3 washrooms was definitely a luxury. The host, Marlissa, was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any queries we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Great townhouse in Scottsdale

Myself, my husband, adult son and a friend stayed for 4 nights at this property. It had parking in the back and a secure entry in the front. It was part of a townhouse area with a community pool. It was just as advertised, a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with a full kitchen, laundry and living room areas. It worked out perfectly for us. It wasn't fancy but it was clean and comfortable and would be good for a group or larger family. I appreciated being able to do laundry before our flight home. The location was near the convention center hotel my husband and friend needed to go to. Grocery stores and restaurants were nearby. Host was easy to contact by texting when I had a question.

Best location in Scottsdale

Our stay in Scottsdale was absolutely remarkable, thanks largely to the perfect home we found on VRBO. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen the right place. The location couldn't have been more ideal for our needs, offering easy access to all the sights and experiences Scottsdale has to offer, yet providing a tranquil retreat where we could relax and unwind in privacy. The home itself was a dream come true. It was spacious, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we could possibly need to make our stay comfortable and convenient. Whether we were cooking in the well-appointed kitchen, lounging in the cozy living area, or enjoying the stunning Arizona sunsets from the patio, this home accommodated us perfectly. Every aspect of our experience was seamless, from the smooth check-in process to the attentive support from the host, who was always available to answer questions and ensure our stay was going well. It's rare to find a place that feels like home away from home, but this property did just that. I cannot recommend this VRBO listing highly enough. If you're looking for the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and location in Scottsdale, this is the place for you. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Leak from upstairs bathroom down on to refrigerator and eventually to the floor any time sink or bath were used upstairs. Got a 100 refund but not fun having to deal with that for 5 days. Some confusion with my bill as things didn’t add up. On the phone for hours trying to figure it out but to no avail. Finally gave up. Nice unit but needs some work.

Great location

Clean, simple, dated, but great value. The community pool looked very nice but it was too cold to swim much to my children's dismay. We walked to lunch and dinner. Julio’s Too was delicious and right around the corner. The host was quick to respond if we needed anything. And the outdoor patio was a bonus! We sat out there and watched tv while the kids played. Very private.
