The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please bring all outdoor pillows and pool inflatables inside.
Please set up the temperature to 76 degrees at summer time and 68 at winter time.
Please collect and take all trash bags to the trash bin outside. No need to roll the bins to the curb.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is not allowed inside the home. If you wish to smoke, please use outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM.. Landscapers will maintain the yard every other week and pool will cleaned every Wednesday.
Please bring insurance de all outdoor pillows before you leave. There will be a person rolling the trash bins to the curb every Tuesday and Thursday!

The property was well maintained and as expected. The pool wasn't usable due to the temps of the season but seemed to be well maintained. Overall, we would recommend the property based on the neighborhood and proximity to lots of activities and services.

My family and I spent the week of Thanksgiving 2025 in this home. The home is comfortable and clean and located in a part of town where it is easy to access restaurants and shops. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and the yard is beautiful…but too cool for the pool in late November. We brought our dogs and enjoyed our Thanksgiving blessings in Arizona! We would definitely return.

Beautiful property in a brilliant location. The pool is stunning and the space is well designed with a lot of space. We used the property for my inlaws to stay while celebrating a family gathering and it was perfect!!! Thank you for such a lovely space to make memories!

Well Located House in Scottsdale with Plenty Amenities

Our family and two dogs had a great stay at this property. Host was very accommodating and welcoming with our dogs, check in process, welcome basket and extending our stay. House is well located in Scottsdale and has a wonderful pool, bbq, garage, office and kitchen (with all supplies you would need to cook). Rooms are comfortable. Overall, great value and location. Highly recommend.

A lot of Bliss in the Sun!!

I want don’t really want to leave a review and tell you all the great things we experienced as I don’t want anyone else to know about this amazing property but us! In the end I can’t do that to that to Karen the owner as she was such a wonderful and amazing host during our stay! I understand her property is new to VROB and what a property it is! Nestled in the quiet and manicured neighbourhood of Hayden estates and is very close to many amenities and activities like golfing and biking just to name a few. From the welcoming email and easy instructions to to access the home, but once you walk in your left in awe. From the living area to the kitchen, but most of all the pool, deck and barbecue area nestled in the well taken care of landscaping had us wanting more. The kitchen was amazing and well equipped, as well separate TV room area amazing king size master bedroom and en suite +2 other bedrooms with a separate bathroom with shower. I can’t begin to tell you how well of a sleewe had on those comfortable beds. There is a laundry and if you do need to work while your in holiday, the separate office area is amazing with its own door to backyard area.The garage is also available for you during our stay, This is what we look for in a rental property and we had such an amazing time being able to enjoy everything that was offered . I want it to be know, thatKaren is an amazing host and excellent communicator and always answered any questions in such a quick and timely manner.

A wonderful home with great amenities! All as advertised. A great location, just north of old town Scottsdale and within blocks of a grocery store. Nestled in a nice neighborhood, the home was very quiet. My wife and I enjoyed wonderful afternoons around the pool! The home contained all the kitchen ware we needed to cook, and as well we enjoyed the outdoor grill. The outdoor seating was very nice as well, offering several choices. It was a great rest away from our dreary winters at home. Karen was a great hostess, answering all our questions as our trip grew near. I would recommend this home and will return for sure. Fair price for the location, has good curb appeal, clean, thoughtful with treat basket, out side pool area beautiful however, furniture in house not comfortable for lounging, master bath shower not user friendly, guest bathroom has mold in corner of shower, had to ask for newer sheets and wash rags!
