Located in the The Muse, which is an incredibly dynamic & unique building. It has a 5th floor area with a large indoor/outdoor seating area! It also has a great workout area.

I have never stayed in a place like that before, (Condo) Always rented hotel rooms. I can honestly say I will never stay in another hotel again. This unit was absolutely perfect. It was spacious and cozy. The best home away from home anyone could ask for. The host was great and all the amenities to many to list. I will definitely be staying here next time I visit. Also for any of my other travels I will definitely use this site. Hands down one of the best experience’s I’ve had using a travel site. Thank you for everything and I look forward to stay with your property’s again.

We loved staying at the Muse. The host Erik was excellent at communicating with us, during our stay. We loved the set up of this Vrbo, it was perfect for two couples. The unit was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We more than appreciated the coffee that was included. 10/10

Beautiful unit

This property was comfortable, well stocked, and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed. Our host communicated quickly and clearly. It is a 30 minute walk to Broadway which wasn’t a problem for us. Parking by the unit was easy and safe. We totally recommend this stay!

Granddaughter’s 21st Birthday

The rental was clean, located within walking distance of broadway. My families safety was a big priory. We felt safe at all time when on the property. I would differently rent again when staying in Nashville.

Labor Day weekend trip

I had to book this at the last minute because of a mix-up with another property. Erik was very accommodating and flexible. Perfect size for the four of us and the property has all the "little things" for an enjoyable stay. Very clean and quiet, except for some heavy feet on the floor above us :). Would stay there again for sure.

Good for Couples, Convenient Location

This condo was perfect for 2 couples with a roommate layout, well stocked kitchen, and open living room. The bathrooms are spacious and I always appreciate double sinks. Many of the places we went (Germantown, Broadway, the Frist Museum) were less than 2 miles away. If you’re sensitive to noise at night, I’d advise ear plugs To block out Nashville traffic.

The Apartment is immaculate. Very clean and suffice to all our needs. We were evacuated early hours of the morning due to a fire emergency. Great system. The alarm was set off again due to burning toast. Felt safe. Close to all the activities we wanted to go to. Fabulous stay

I am from the Midwest and enjoy traveling to exciting areas around the country. One of them is in my opinion the music capital. We enjoy listening to music and enjoying the great restaurants in the area. I enjoy being a host and providing an experience for my guests that I would want on my vacation.

Why they chose this property

Nashville is a great place to visit for live music. We love the vibe and ability to see constant live music from 10 AM till early morning. We felt we could provide a great place for people to see within walking distance to Broadway and that live music. We have stayed at our condo and walked downtown to make sure it is a place we would like to stay.

What makes this property unique

Many of the condos in our area are ran by big property management firms. There is nothing wrong with that, but we feel we want to provide a better stay. We purchased our unit ran by one of the big property management firms and noticed that the bedding, towels, etc were not quite up to our standards. We made sure our unit provides bedding, towels, etc that we would use in our own home, so we could stay in comfort.
