We are getting new neighbors up the road in front of our cabin. We were just made aware of some cabins being built up the drive in front of our cabin. There may or may not be some construction noise during the day. You may or may not see or hear the crew working.
- We provide a starter kit that includes -(2) rolls of toilet paper per bathroom -(1) roll of paper towels -(2) trash bags for the kitchen -(1) trash bag for each bathroom -(1)dish scrubber - Travel soaps (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, (2) dish pods, liquid hand soap and a small box of powder detergent). -You may need to purchase more supplies during your stay.
- Condiments, zip locks, charcoal, coffee, and coffee filters are not provided.
- You will likely see and hear various animals and insects - you are in the mountains!
- Bears are dangerous and should not be approached or fed.
- Security Camera: Ring Camera/Floodlight is at the main entrance and pointed at the front door and parking area only. The camera is strictly for guest and property safety/security.
- Maintenance issues are best handled after you depart. We do not typically send maintenance to the property while you are staying in the cabin, but we will do our best to take care of any issues that may arise.
- You are not allowed to use the hot tub unless you are accompanied by someone 18 years of age or older. Alcohol is not allowed near or in the hot tub. If you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant you may not use the hot tub. DO NOT put any scents, soaps, bubble bath, oils, bath bombs, bath salts, or any liquids into the hot tub. If you fail to follow these rules, you will be charged for any additional cleaning fees or damages. Use the hot tub at your own risk!
- This cabin is on city water, so you may use it as you normally would at home.
- This cabin is on a septic system. Absolutely nothing may go down the drains or toilets other than toilet paper and natural waste. Failure to do so can severely damage/backup the septic system and result in expensive repairs and a subpar vacation stay.
- We always recommend four-wheel drive for anywhere near The Smoky Mountains. The roads are paved all the way up to the cabin, but heavy rains may cover the creek crossing to get to the cabin. Four-wheel drive will mitigate most weather obstacles when visiting our cabin. *Please exercise caution if the creek water has covered the crossing to the cabin.* In the event of heavy rainstorms, you may park on the exit side of the creek crossing and use the pedestrian bridge to cross for easy access to and from the cabin.
- No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by their check-out time on their scheduled day of departure, there will be a $50 fee for every half hour beyond the check-out time until the guest vacates the property.
- No refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, acts of God, or anything that is beyond our control.
- No unauthorized fires (including candles or any scented items) inside or outside the cabin. Failure to comply will require a $100 charge plus any damages.
- Please put all trash in the bear cage and secure it. There may be an additional fee for excess trash.

This cabin was perfect for two couples. We so enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and sitting outside listening to the rising creek. Easy access to the cabin was a plus. Everything was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks for being great host
We had a great time at this cabin. It was so cozy and a beautiful location right next to a stream. We had an issue with the keurig and they sent us a new one the same day. Went above and beyond accommodating and made our stay unforgettable. Thank you for your hospitality.
We had an amazing stay at this creek house in Pigeon Forge! It was the perfect home base for our son’s baseball tournament. The house was spotless, spacious, and had everything our family needed after long days at the ballpark. One of our favorite parts was relaxing by the creek each evening - it was peaceful, quiet, and the perfect way to unwind. The location was convenient to the baseball fields, restaurants, and attractions, yet still felt like a private mountain retreat. The accommodations were excellent, with comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely book this creek house again for future baseball tournaments or family vacations. Highly recommend!
Property was exactly as shown in the listing. We really enjoyed the fire pit area. We were not familiar with the area when we chose this property but were very pleased with the location and how easy it was to get in and out to get to shopping, restaurants, and the National Park. Great combination of feeling remote and private while also being relatively close to everything.
This cabin stay was so dreamy! The creek was gorgeous, the hot tub was relaxing, and the beds were comfortable! The only critique I have is the living room needs blinds. Wonderful stay, 10 out of 10!!!
The rental was great!! Private enough and peaceful. Easy check in and rental was clean. King beds are huge!! The hot tub was a hit for our family of five!! Communication with hosts was easy and they were very responsive. The property is close to the hustle and bustle of the city but away from all that as well. Would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit the area. And don’t forget, the creek!! Kids loved having to drive over the creek to get to the house!!
Our family of 5 stayed 3 nights here and had a great time! Our boys loved exploring the creek and playing in the hot tub. The location between Townsend and Pigeon Forge was perfect as well.
