You also have a deck which is a nice touch for a morning cup of coffee while taking in the fresh Tahoe air. There is a BBQ as well to enjoy cooking a nice lunch/dinner outside.
The main floor features the living room, dining room, kitchen, hall bathroom and two bedrooms. The upper floor is a loft style bedroom with one queen, one twin and another bathroom.

* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
* Dog Friendly: Maximum number of dogs allowed is 2, additional fees apply per dog.
*Renters must be 25+
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 7 adults
