Family Weekend
The location is breathtaking!! My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay. The facility is very safe and centrally located to many great sites to see. Also enjoyed using the pool which is heated. The host was amazing and very attentive throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend.

We are just finishing up our stay here at Playas TJ and the Condo hosted by Yvette Corona was wonderful. Very well kept and flexible for us. Gorgeous views of the Pacific Ocean with excellent swimming and hot tub areas. We will definitely return soon!

Nice and chill place
This location was nice, easy to get to and convenient to most places. Great view!
It would be awesome if guests were allowed to use the bonfire and grill! We thought about kicking it outside and have some wine by the bonfire area, we were adviced that only tenants and owners were allowed.
Nevertheless, the apartment is nice.

Vacation stay
The apartment was nice, but the air conditioner did not work. Also the water heater you have to open the kitchen faucet in order for the hot water to work. Due to not having air conditioning the apartment smelled. Overall the apartment is nice but seems like it’s still needs some work to be done. I like the mirror in the master bedroom it had a cut wire and it was falling off the wall. The owner was very nice and attentive responded to the messages very quick once those issues are fixed it will be a great apartment to rent.

Dear Heriberto,
Thank you very much for your stay, your comments, and your observations, This apartment does not have air conditioning as I told you in a message, and although it has excellent natural ventilation, We have planned to install air conditioning and heating later.
The water heater has an activation system for instant use, the hot water faucet is opened and one or two minutes maximum will have the desired temperature! We have never had any problems with this system or any complaints.
About the wire by the mirror you mention, we don't know what you mean but the good thing is that probably is a minimal detail to fix!
