The main living room was raised about an inch from the bedrooms and kitchen so had to be careful not to trip. Small ant problem which we let owners know about. They will be fixing now that we are gone. The owner did offer to send someone right away but we weren't eating meals at the house so was no need. Very good location for the price. Would stay with them again.

The house is comfortable and has all the basic amenities. The only thing I would like the host to consider is the check-in time, which I feel is quite late.

Great cozy home that was fantastic for two couples. Close enough to everything and Kevin made our check-in process seamless. Would stay again!

Each room had separate climate controls, very nice. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy, but very close to where we needed to go.

Quick weekend

We had a comfortable stay. The place was very clean but a bit small. The neighborhood is older but located centrally to get around San Diego. We would stay here again. Its a perfect place to stay if you have a busy weekend planned.

Was perfect for my group of 4

Place was clean and easy to access! But if you plan to have someone sleep on the couch definitely bring an extra blanket.

The place was cute and perfect size for what we needed. We could not open the windows to the bathroom or bedrooms, there was a terrible pee smell outside that permeated the inside. After a day of having all the windows closed the smell went away. Overall, not a bad place just unfortunate for the smell.
