Wonderful property! Very clean and inviting. Location is great- across the street from a park that looked very nice to take your children. The house and yard were exactly as described. Felt like being at home.
Cynthia the host was very easy to communicate with. Her home and location was very accommodating. Parking was good and we had a nice place to visit with family that felt like home. Nice clean towels, shampoo, soap, coffee, tea and a chocolate treat! I recommend a stay here and will be back in the future!Thank You
I have always prefered staying in a VRBO over a hotel, but this was a exceptionally managed property, very cozy, very comfortable beds, and Cynthia was an amazing host. Highly recommended.
What a wonderful property! It is spacious, and the two beds are very comfortable. The large green space/park across the street was a pleasant surprise. I hope to return in the near future!
This little home was perfect and welcoming. It was my goal to make breakfast for our Volleyball tournament. It was 5 minutes from our destination. I wish we would have had the day off to enjoy the beautiful garden setting, the comfortable living space.
Thoroughly enjoyed the stay! Everything about it was easy… Great location for the event I was going to. Within a half mile of my services. The view of the park was beautiful!
Cynthia was a great host and the house is nice. When I booked I didn't realize there was a large park with a walking path across the street. It was a life saver since we were in town for newborn adoption. We could walk with the stroller. We were also blessed by the changing pad and baby chair.
The air conditioner couldn't quite keep up on 100 degree days and that limited our cooking dinner.
This house is ten minutes or so from Old Sacramento and also conveniently out on the edge so that it's easy to leave out to Tahoe and Reno. Thank You Cynthia!
I stayed at this cozy home for 2 Months!
The host Cynthia is amazing - she is very responsive, kind, caring and a very efficient and professional host. She helped me with every question I had, and with any request that I made. She keeps this place looking great.
The house is beautiful and has both a front yard and a back secret garden with picnic area and grill. The park and woods across the street are wonderful for morning or evening walks and dog-walking or taking the children to the playground !
The house interior is clean, modern, with beautiful wood floors, a nice kitchen, dining area, 2 very cozy bedrooms and lots of windows. Everything you need is there, incl. the welcome wine! It is perfect for either 1 person or 4!
Also, it was nice to have a knowledgeable neighbor in the separate unit in the back to chat with/ask questions about the area.
I greatly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it!

Not what it seems…
The host was wonderful and easy to work with. However, this property is not what it seems. The neighborhood is extremely questionable. The morning we left, there was a fire in the grass across the street. Lots of homeless activity and the park was extremely rundown - broken and missing parts and broken glass. The property needs a good deep cleaning. A bit musty and lots of holes and stains throughout (even a stain on our roll of toilet paper.) Lots of amenities for kids but again, nothing was clean. Stains on the pack and play as well as the bed sheets. The kitchen and bathroom are nice. The backyard is fine but the swing is falling apart and is a hazard for young kids. There were lights and light switches that also didn’t work. Until I got the check in instructions, I was not aware there is a long-term guest staying on the property. Luckily I was staying with my family, otherwise I would have not felt safe alone. Overall, this place needs basic improvements happen. I was disappointed when I saw it in person but we made it work for our trip.
