This recently updated 2 bedroom condo is in Laketown Wharf which is the largest single-building condominium vacation resort in the Panama City area. Guests enjoy a choice of stunning Gulf, golf course and lake views.

At night, Laketown Wharf comes alive with an exciting lighted fountain show. Plenty of amenities for the whole family to enjoy including a fitness center, five swimming pools, a large freshwater lake, 52,000 sq ft of lakefront boardwalk, and easy access to our beautiful beaches.

The condo can accommodate up to 6 adults comfortably. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom and a queen size pull out sofa bed located in the living room. Both rooms have full size bathrooms attached.

LIVING AREA
You have a breath taking view of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach from the patio. The living room has very comfortable seating and a 75 inch TV. Cable TV and Wi-Fi will be available for your use. Both couches have a queen size pull out bed. Feel free to use either one. The sheets and pillows for the pull out couch will be located in the storage area located in the second bedroom.

KITCHEN
A Variety of utensils, plates and silverware will be available for use. We will provide 1 roll of paper towel, 2 trash bags, dish washing liquid, dishwasher pods and a kitchen towel.

BATHROOMS
Both bathrooms will have amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and bar soap. Each bathroom will have 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 sets of towels. Additional sets of towels will be available in the storage area located in the second bedroom.

BEDROOMS
Master Bedroom
The Master bedroom comes with a king size bed, and touch control bedside lamps that also have USB ports available. There is also a 55 inch TV in the master bedroom.

Second Bedroom
The second bedroom was originally a bunk bed room that has been converted to fit a very comfortable queen bed. There is also storage space available for use. This room does not have a closet, and the size of this room is smaller compared to the master bedroom (see listing pictures).

IMPORTANT NOTE:
In order to be able to utilize parking, pools, gym, and other amenities at the resort, you will need to pay a resort fee of $85 (+taxes) if paid in advance or $95 (+taxes) if paid in person on arrival. This fee is paid directly to the resort (not part of your initial booking total). This fee is also one flat fee per reservation regardless of the number of people or number of nights.
