With floor-to-ceiling windows, sunset views, and resort amenities just steps away, it’s the perfect place to relax, unwind, and soak in the beach from the moment you arrive. 🌊☀️


The bright, beachy interior has been thoughtfully updated for comfort and convenience. The fully stocked kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. The living room offers comfortable seating, a queen sleeper sofa, and a large 55” flat-screen TV, while the bedroom features a king bed with plush linens, ceiling fan, and its own flat-screen TV. Direct TV and Free Wi-Fi is included.

The spacious bathroom is clean and modern with a walk-in tile shower featuring a rainfall shower option. All linens and towels are provided—including beach towels.

Step out to the patio to enjoy sunset views over the Gulf, or take advantage of the resort amenities just steps away. The complex offers three swimming pools, grilling areas, a fitness center, and tennis and pickleball courts. Seasonal beach chair service is included (two loungers and an umbrella, March–October), with discounts available for beach activities.

Sunbird Resort is a gated, family-friendly beachfront community with 500 feet of sugar-white sand beach. The location is hard to beat—walk to restaurants, attractions, and shopping. Pineapple Willy’s is right next door, and Walmart is just a block away.

The view a location of the beach was great. Did not like no washer an dryer in room. They lock gates an don’t let you know then you have to walk way down to other entrance. Small but great for 2 people.

We had an amazing stay! The condo was exactly what we wanted—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Being right on the beach and on the first floor made it so easy to enjoy the view and access the beach in seconds. It’s also right next to the pool and just steps from Pineapple Willy’s! The owners were fantastic with communication and made everything smooth from start to finish. We had a great time and would absolutely love to rent this unit again in the future!

Cute condo on the beach!

This sweet spot was all that we expected and more. There was a slight issue with bedding but the manager was able to rectify it quickly, so it didn’t impose on our fun or the overall cleanliness of the property.

Our family is in Minnesota... and we love the beach! We love spending time in PCB and just don't get enough. Knowing it is a place we want to keep coming back to - we decided to invest in great properties that people would choose first to stay in.

Why they chose this property

The views... the views, the views, the views. It is unbeatable! The location of the resort is very central for getting around in Panama City Beach - or just staying! We love the open layout, and access to all things great about beachfront living. The cheerful interior makes you smile as soon as you walk in the door. It is a great get away.

What makes this property unique

The first floor walkout is as close to the white sand as you can get. We fell in love with the white "sugar" sand - our small children can play on the beach for hours without burning their feet. The amazing views never cease to surprise us and take our breath away... the sound of the ocean and the waves coming in... beachfront living at it's finest.
