Great rental!

A week in englewood

The house is gorgeous and was incredibly clean. It’s large, spacious, has very high ceilings, and the kitchen is especially beautiful. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet and was great to ride our bikes in.

Beautiful home!

We loved staying at this house during our recent trip to Englewood. The house was beautiful and clean and had all of the amenities we needed. It had a selection of board games and books, which was a nice feature that my kids really enjoyed. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay in this house with my family again!

Efficient, clean and comfortable

This is a brand new property that was clean and thoroughly appointed. The kitchen had new appliances, there was a huge TV for us to watch movies together and all of the rooms were very clean. The neighborhood felt safe and family friendly. My communication with the property manager was smooth and timely. I highly recommend this property.

Family Fun in Florida

The property was very clean and had all the appliances needed for cooking. We appreciated having beach chairs and toys for our grandsons. There was plenty of space inside the home for our little ones to run and play happily. We thought there would be a hot tub from a previous listing but we realized it had been taken off the site when we checked again. We enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable new house

House was fully equipped with all amenities, even pantry items. Full kitchen with pots, pans, stove and oven. 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, incredibly clean in a quiet neighborhood. Close to Gasparilla island (15 minutes). Even a marble chess table! Great spot for relaxing after a full day of exploring the islands.

Annual Shelling trip

This house is just as pictured! Beautiful and very clean! Appreciated having enough supplies for our stay( tissue, toilet paper, soap, shampoos, dish soap, laundry soap etc.) Also pantry staples! We were able to drive to beaches for shelling easily, house is in residential area. Not much of a private backyard but maybe in their future plans! We would stay again!
