Serenity on the Harbor: pool home on saltwater canal

Kick back and relax in this peaceful, luxurious space. This waterfront pool home has a boat dock and is just minutes to open water. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a relaxing staycation! Enjoy fishing in the canal or just sit back and enjoy all that mother nature has to offer!

Pool heater use is $20 per day or $100 per week. Please let us know before your stay if you plan on using it so we can be sure it is warm when you arrive.

Starter Kit for your arrival:
For the convenience of our guests, we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, hand soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent pods, as well as some basic cleaning supplies, shampoo, and Q-tips. We do not provide propane or any additional supplies during your stay. However, if there is anything reasonable that is not supplied, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate.
We make the beds with only a fitted sheet and blankets with duvet covers as we have discovered that 99% of guests have slept on top of the flat sheets. This saves us time, water, and laundry detergent when washing everything. We do provide flat sheets, extra pillows, pillow cases, and blankets in the closets for guests that wish to use the items.

Please reach out to us immediately if there is any issue during your stay so we can do our best to resolve it promptly. We want all our guests to be happy and comfortable DURING their stay, and we want to EARN great reviews.

Great get-away

The property and house were nice, the amenities were nice and the location was great being on the water and also having a pool. While the pool is small, most seemed to be in the area, it was screened in and the kids enjoyed it and it was heated so the colder nights while we were there did not affect our ability to use it.

An Excellent stay

This property is first class in every way. Excellent amenities, location, view and accommodations. The home was beautifully decorated and had many items available for our stay including kitchen equipment, cooking items, ingredients, even sun products. The pool was lovely and so relaxing along with a large covered area in the lanai. Neighborhood very quiet. Matt was very hospitable and accommodating - quick to respond. We would definitely come back here again and again.

The grill was not usable. Filthy! Pool deck was gross. Garbage was left in the indoor garage cans. The garage pick up can was in the middle of the driveway. The yard was dirt and weeds. The dock was scary. I don’t recommend using. And last but not least….. the attic was infested with some sort of animal. Heard them crawling and scratching all night. I’ve stayed in probably 2 dozen Vrbos. This was disappointing.
