Welcome to our beautiful vacation rental in the heart of Naples. This spacious and luxurious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is the perfect getaway for families or groups of friends looking to unwind in style and comfort. This property is located just minutes from the beach, shopping and dining, and it's the perfect base for exploring all that Naples has to offer.

The home features 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own comfortable bedding and ample storage space. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a large closet, a Roku TV with all the entertainment you can imagine, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two of the other bedrooms have queen or full size beds.

The living area is bright and open, with plenty of room for everyone to gather and socialize. The open-plan design flows seamlessly into the dining area, which features a large table that seats up to eight people.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay, including a huge quartz island that seats 6, a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. There's also a coffee maker, toaster, and blender for your convenience.

Outside, you'll find a beautiful Naples downtown inspired flower alley with a Weber BBQ and plenty of seating for enjoying an al fresco dining or a cocktail at sunset. The side lot features 2 loungers for relaxing and soaking up the Florida sunshine.

Please note: This house has an ADU (converted garage) on the side of the property.

Holiday at the beach

The beach was very walkable, good for our active family. Bikes were also provided to make it an even shorter jaunt to the beach. If easy daily beach access and a comfortable gathering place is what you are after, this is it.

Great place to stay!

Great communication before our stay. The hosts were very accommodating of young children and kindly provided a Pack n' Play and sand/beach toys. The beach was walking distance (a little over a mile). The kitchen had everything we needed for our cooking needs. The home is in a quiet and nice neighborhood and has a nice, private yard. Any requests (e.g. needing more toilet paper) were met within MINUTES! Our hosts were wonderful! Thank you for the lovely stay!

A lovely week in Naples

My 2 friends and my 23lb dog had a very nice stay at Pavel’s well appointed house. He was very responsive to everything, including watching out and helping us with a lost UPS package. The house was very clean and there were enough pots and pans for us to be able to cook good meals. I would rate this rental with 6 stars if it was possible!
