Welcome to Paradise! This beach cottage has been renovated and is just minutes to the beach. The two beaches in the neighborhood are Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor Wiggins State Park. Enjoy a day at the beach and come home to your own sparkling pool. Sip an umbrella drink or sit in a chair on the sunshelf/wading area as the sun sets. Life is good! Naples Park is a fabulous neighborhood with shopping and restaurants nearby. The decor is Beachy Chic! The Master bedroom features a king size bed and its own bath. The second bedroom is cottage style and features a queen size bed. The den/office can be completely closed off to make a third bedroom. It features a day bed which converts into two twin beds. Perfect for that relaxing getaway.

Catch the sunset from Gumbo Limbo, the beach restaurant at the Ritz Carlton or walk the shops at Mercato and enjoy the fine dining experiences it has to offer.

This recently updated cottage has all the amenities you will need on your vacation. Free Wifi, Printer, HDTV, Blue Ray player and gas grill. Enormous lanai with walkouts from Master bedroom and kitchen overlooks a fabulous pool with sunshelf and tropical landscaping. Relax and enjoy the view!

Wonderful cottage

The home is well kept and stocked with all you need for a wonderful stay at the beach. The communication with Suzanne was wonderful. The heated pool was so relaxing after a day at the beach. Would highly recommend this property.

Great getaway

Stayed for a long weekend, great house and lovely pool. Beach is a good 20 minute walk and downtown Is about 20 minutes drive. Would return for a nice relaxing weekend

It was a perfect place to take our senior parents. The pool was wonderful as well as the large lanai. Everything was so organized and thought out. Suzanne is an outstanding host! She could not have been more kind and responsive to our needs. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent quiet home away from home.

Enjoyed this stay. The backyard is a private oasis. You can get to multiple beaches and islands in under an hour. We were also able to visit the Everglades. All of the beach towels, chairs and toys are a huge bonus. Everything you need is provided. 😍

A Home Away From Home

We loved our stay here! The house was VERY clean and everything was well organized. The kids loved having their own private pool and the beach was only a short drive away. Suzanne is an amazing host and extremely responsive and helpful. Lots of great restaurants nearby. And many great places in the area to take the kids including a car museum, Children’s museum, Train Depot, and Tin City. We loved every second of it!

Beach cottage

Place was clean and comfortable. Very good location. Road construction is fully underway and road is down to the dirt. If construction noise and the appearance of construction would bother you, then perhaps wait until the project is completed.

Great house close to Vanderbilt Beach

The house was fantastic! The house had been updated and had everything we needed. The pool was heated and there was tons of pool and beach gear. Suzanne also had a pack and play and booster seat which was nice since we had a 2 year old and 7 month old with us. The office/den area also worked as a great third bedroom for our daughter to sleep in. The kitchen was well stocked and the location was conveniently located near the beach and marcado . I would definitely recommend staying there and would stay their again in the future.

Family Beach Vacation

We were looking for a private house with a heated pool that was close to the beaches for our week long family vacation. Suzanne's house did NOT disappoint! The home was exactly as described in the listing and was even more beautiful in person. House is in a great safe neighborhood close to many excellent restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. We were also able to get Amazon deliveries to the house which is very convenient with children! Suzanne was a wonderful host and was very easy to communicate with and get ahold of if needed. Check in was easy. The house is amazing, very welcoming, and has everything you need for a comfortable vacation, even Beach gear. Beds are very comfortable! Pool is amazing! We couldn't recommend this home more and cant wait to come back for another stay! ~Alyssa Minnesota

Blue Beach Cottage

We’ve stayed at this property before. We love the location and the pool. The rooms are comfortable and fit 4 adults and 2 children. One of the bathrooms has been updated since we visited last year as well. Overall, we love the property. Our only suggestion is that it could use a deep clean (clean behind furniture, under beds, drawers etc.) Would still recommend.

Naples Remodeled Nice Home w/ Pool

The home was centrally located and was very nice in all aspects. It is a 2 BR, 2 Bath, extra rooms that give you lots of options. Pool, screened porch, large living room all add to the home. Beach chairs and a cooler are there for your use.
