This 4000 sq. foot home features 5 bedrooms, including a bonus bedroom room that sleeps 4+ persons. Plenty of closet space in each room.
Walk one block and you are on a private beach.
Heated saline pool with waterfall, hot tub, plenty of chaise lounges, bar, two outdoor dining tables.
Two ice machines, 2 commercial refrigerators, 2 wine coolers, an indoor BBQ room, an additional gas BBQ on patio, gas fire pit table + wood burning fire pit.
Sonos surround sound system for all for your entertaining.
7 TV's (3 smart TV's)
Water view office with printer/scanner, wifi booster
Great room (Den), dining area, eat in kitchen, with fireplace.
Gourmet kitchen. Water filtration throughout the house.
Great for a large family or 2 families
