About this property
Comfortable light-filled, 1920's home w/EV Charger
About this space Bright and cheerful early 1920’s home, lovingly refurbished. Level 2 EV charger. Non-smokers only. You will have the whole house to yourselves. Relax in the living room, on the wide front porch, or in the fenced back yard. Enjoy the local zoo and parks, play golf or cross-country ski/snowshoe at Valley View Golf Course, bike the Empire State Trail/Erie Canalway Trail, or travel a bit further to the beautiful Adirondack Mountains. The space: Comfortable home environment, recently repainted and refurbished. Please be gentle with our house and respect her age (almost 100!). Please take your shoes off when you enter to protect the hardwood floors, but feel free to put your feet up on the coffee table. Retro kitchen with new appliances is fully equipped, so start planning your meals now; if you don't want to cook, there are a lot of good restaurants in Utica and surrounding towns. Guest access: You'll be able to access the whole house with the exception of a few locked owner spaces. Do not try to access these spaces. Other things to note: Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property. Also, please refrain from using artificial fragrances of any kind, we strive to keep a minimal fragrance home for the health and safety of all. If you're bringing along small children let us know so we can get the pack-n-play out and set up the baby gates. Laundry facilities available on-site by request only. If you have an electric car we have an on-site level 2 charger and can provide information for charging.
