Great location

We got to watch the beautiful sunset every night either from the condo or a short walk down! The location was great and easy to access. It was clean and comfortable with plenty of kitchen tools/etc. and lots of beach equipment to use - chairs, a cart, etc. Thank you for a great stay!!

Wonderful home away from home

We loved the location, the cove bunk beds for the girls, the view, the kitchen. The only cons were a squeaky master bed and the three flights of stairs to carry things in and out. Over all we loved it and are hoping to stay in the exact condo again.

We enjoyed 6 lovely weeks, beautiful views from our balcony- unit has everything you require & if not landlord will help out. Cathy & Scott are excellent hosts and made themselves available when required. Short walk to water & very safe area to walk and cycle.

Overall We Enjoyed Our Stay

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this condo, but one big factor we learned upon arrival that is not mentioned in the listing, is that an elevator is not available, and this unit is located on the third floor. We had a hard time getting our luggage up and down the 3 flights of stairs, so I can only imagine how an elderly couple would manage. We would have appreciated this info prior to arrival as our daughter has a medical condition. Condo was clean with several kitchen utensils available. The beautiful views of the sound and sunset were nice, but we were only able to enjoy them from inside the condo thanks to the neighbors constant smoking. The walls are also paper thin and we could hear our neighbors partying & arguing into the early morning hours, the first few nights of our stay. It is a great location and a very clean condo, overall we enjoyed our stay, but the disturbances & smoking from the neighbors in the complex caused us to leave a day early.

We live in Navarre and within 5 minutes of the condo. We both have a real estate background along with a property management company in the Northeast . We very much enjoy seeing families get together. We are seasoned professionals with grandchildren and a keen sense of how to make the most out of each day.

We offer a fresh, clean and hospitable home with optional amenities when requested. This home is very peaceful, centrally located to 4 beach restaurants within walking distance, lazy river days, bike/boat/jet ski rentals within 300 feet and access to the Santa Rose Sound and Gulf of Mexico.

What makes this property unique

This home offers a primary bedroom with full bath, sitting area and TV. Adjacent to the room is a second full bath with bunk bed area for 2 to sleep. Living area is open to kitchen, dining and walk out access to balcony with stunning views of the Gulf and Sound. Living area offers additional queen sofa sleeper, additional seating and dining area. Kitchen is fully equipped with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and fully stocked for all your cooking needs. In addition, we have added a game system that is perfect for the whole family with unlimited play time. We have a portable crib, toddler float, rafts, cooler, chairs and personal umbrella on site. The bedroom Roku TV is programmed for your stay to use your streaming services and automatically reset on the day of departure.
