Stunning balcony sunsets, 2 minute walk to beach, lil piece of heaven!

Picture yourself in the morning grabbing a cup of coffee and sitting outside in our tall Adirondack chairs and taking in the calmness of the Santa Rosa Sound. You may even get a glimpse of some dolphins! Just head out the back steps to the Sound if you need calm waters for the children when the waves are too rough in the Gulf or you may try out the paddle board you may have rented. You can head down the front stairs to the pool at the front of the complex or cross the street to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The area has plenty of activities to offer, fishing, or just walking on the pier to see the marine life. See a rescue turtle at the turtle sanctuary near the pier or visit the Gulf Breeze Zoo, a 50 acre wildlife preserve within 10 miles of the condo. You can rent bicycles, scooters, paddle boards, jet skis and pontoon boats all nearby. In the evenings check out the local establishments for a bite to eat, listen to live music, or take in some karaoke!
If you would like to stay in and cook, we have provided a multitude of kitchen items and seasonings for a low cost option or if cooking’s not your thing you can grab a bite at several restaurants on the island!
Best of all, enjoy amazing sunsets right off the balcony to finish your days!

Best spot on the island! Access to beach on the gulf and cove on the inland. Convenient to restaurants, grocery, and shopping! Will definitely make the 7 hour ride to go again!

Great condo, close to everything!

We had a fantastic family vacation thanks in large part to this condo! Lovely view of the Sound from the deck, all the conveniences we needed to enjoy a meal in, comfortable furniture and great communication with our hosts. We'd definitely stay here again! 🙂

Nice family getaway

The condo is nicely updated, especially the kitchen, and it is very clean. It worked well for our family of 4. The beach is an easy walk across the street, and the pool area is nice for a refreshing dip after the beach. Parking is a breeze.

The central hub to our perfect vacation!!

This wonderful condo checked all of the boxes on our list of needs/wants for vacation! The location could not have been more central to all of the activities we enjoyed - and just a few minutes to walk to beaches on the sound and gulf sides! We hit both of them every day! The condo was perfectly set up to enjoy meals and play games at the breakfast bar. And the sunsets from the balcony were amazing! Joanne & John were wonderful and responsive hosts. We hope to make it back for another visit!!

We found this Gulf Island 2 bedroom condo on the sound side of Navarre beach to be very clean and convenient. We were in town for family member's memorial service in Pensacola Beach but also visited with other family in Fort Walton Beach so the location was good for us. Loved the calm waters of the sound and usually had the beach area all to ourselves! Liked that Navarre Beach not as commercial as Pensacola Beach. Only downside was that we occasionally heard noise/movement from folks in unit above ours.

Awesome place!

We had such a great time staying at this rental! The condo was so clean, and really made you feel at home. The beach was so close, as was the pool. The kitchen really came in handy as it had any and everything you could imagine you would need. The porch had the perfect view of the sunset each night. We also loved all of the pool/beach supplies that were provided. John and Joanne were quick to reply to any question we had, and were so helpful. They had a binder filled with brochures of places to eat, and things to do around the condo. We can’t wait to come back next summer!!

Most Relaxing Beach Trip

The home is exactly as listed online - even better in person. Everything you need to stay in and cook a meal or two (other than the food 😉). Nicely furnished with a great beach vibe. Wonderful high shower heads in both beautifully tiled showers. TV’s in both bedrooms and in living room. I spent most of my time on the balcony when not at the beach. We went to Boathouse Oyster Bar in Destin, a little drive, but it was worth it if you enjoy oysters or other fresh seafood. FYI - nothing fried there - if you’re looking for that, you can probably find that in Navarre. It was a very relaxing 4 days. Hopefully we can return soon.

Memorial day weekend

This condo checked all the boxes for us. It was very spacious and well decorated. Had all sorts of extras that made our stay very comfortable. From dishes and silver ware, plenty of extra towels, extra blankets and pillows to chairs for the beach and boogie boards for the kids to take to the beach, it had it all. Its location to the gulf beaches was a very short walk across the street. (Less than a five minute walk) The check in was very private and easy, as was the communication with the owners. Mrs Joanne answered all of my questions almost in real time, she was very polite and friendly. If you're looking for a relaxing get away with privacy and all of the amenities of home at a reasonable price then I recommend this condominium, you wont be disappointed!!!

Truly a piece of Heaven!

We spent a long weekend in this property and had a wonderful time! The condo is in a small complex, and is in a great location! It's just a few steps to the sound, and has easy access to the beach on the gulf side. The interior is warm and welcoming and decorated in true beach fashion. Everything was clean and well stocked, down to even having a couple of laundry pods (which was such a nice surprise, since I got off without any). There are plenty of extra linens and blankets for each bed. The master bedroom is roomy, with a super comfy bed. I'll admit, I was a little worried about the window looking out over the parking lot, but all for naught! The complex itself is nice and quiet, no crazy parking lot parties to worry about! The second bedroom also has a nice comfy queen size bed. The couch pulls out into a sleeper sofa to add for those extra guests (or in my case, that teenager who refuses to share a bed with his brother), and said teenager said he slept well on it. The kitchen is well stocked should you want to stay in for meals. The bar allows for seating for 3, with another table with barstools to provide extra seating. There's a coffee maker, and a blender provided - what more could you need for a beach vacay? LOL There's a wonderful view of the sound right of the balcony. We enjoyed watching the sunset while enjoying the nice gulf breeze. This property truly is a little piece of heaven and we can't wait to come back!

Great property, between the bay and the ocean, close to everything in Navarre. Host had a basket of items that you could use if you forgot something, toothbrush, makeup wipes etc. I would definitely rent this property again!

I am originally from Long Island, New York and have always loved the beach! I visited Navarre for the first time several years ago and fell in love with the area. I enjoy walking on the beach and pier, enjoying the wildlife and sunsets.

Why they chose this property

I chose Navarre because it is a family friendly, laid back small community with a lot of activities either on the island or nearby. Navarre has the best sunsets, and sunrises for early risers! The Gulf is beautiful and the sound is serene and calming. I love taking in the local entertainment at Juana's, Andy D's, and Windjammers' free concert series during the season. The people here are extremely friendly and welcoming!

What makes this property unique

There are 2 beaches in walking distance, the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound. There is a wide variety of things to do within walking distance or by car. The sunsets are simply stunning.
