Nothing was correct

When we arrived to the property they originally gave us a townhome that was way smaller than described with absolutely none of the amenities. After some back and forth we were moved to the correct rental. The beds were hard as a rock. Overall the worst experience I've had to date at VRBO.

Had a BBQ but 0 utensils and no missing kitchen accessories to be able to use the kitchen properly. The pillows were bad way too soft. other than that everything else was very good.
