Charlie's Funhouse and Games near Animal Kingdom

Your family will be immersed into a new world with custom bunk beds in a Rapunzel (Tangled) and Avatar themed bedroom that glows under black light. We have a Star Wars themed game room with pool table, Sega Genesis and game console with over 1300 games. When you're outside you can cool off in our year round South facing heated pool and hot tub inside a private fenced in patio. There is no charge for pool heat and the pool is heated to 86 degrees and the hot tub to 102 degrees year round. Air conditioning cannot be set below 74 degrees. We’re so close to Disney that you can hear and see the fireworks or be home in less than 10 minutes to take a midday break or eat a home cooked meal. What a great house! The beds are comfy. Everything was spic and span. All the tvs work. There are instructions all over so you don’t have to guess at how things work. Responsive owners. Everything was perfect!

It was the perfect house for our family. Our kids loved the amazing bunk beds and entertainment room. The house was very clean and gave our family plenty of space. It has a great location for Universal and Disney. Anytime I contacted the owners they responded quickly and were able to answer any questions we had. We would highly recommend this to anyone.

Nice weekend stay

We had a family fun filled weekend which we greatly needed. The host even dropped off extra toiletries and towels. I would definitely recommend this home for Family gatherings.

Refuge from all the local action

The property is close to everything, yet isolated and peaceful when some recovery from Disney is necessary. Our grandchildren loved both the resort water park and the private hot tub and pool. It was a great property for our family to get away for a week.

Awesome property.

Property was clean, communication was awesome, the kids and some adults loved the themed rooms. Towels, soap, shampoos garbage bags all included and was a pleasant surprise. Overall, we really enjoyed that for the time we were there and would definitely do it again.

Disney Delight

We met my son and two grandkids for a week long vacation! The kids flipped when they saw their bedrooms! The house was stocked and the pool and game room was awesome entertainment after the park! Thank you for your hospitality. Many good memories for all!

Great memories!

The house had everything you could need for people of all ages. There were three pack and plays, high chair, toys for all ages. Even the Tangled room my daughter stayed in had a closet full of princess dresses. Convenient location to all the parks and about two minutes from a Walmart (which came in clutch multiple times)

Great house for kids & families

This house was really cool, from the Avatar and Tangled bunk bed rooms, to the game room to having a pool & hot tub at the house. The clubhouse pool and slides were great to have access to as well. The only negative is that there were a few things not working or in need of repair (ex: the LED stars/lights in Avatar room were flickering/weren’t working) but management was quick to send someone to house same day to try and remedy. Overall I’d highly recommend it!

Definitely recommend

This was our first time at this resort but not the area. The house is a few minutes away from Disney and universal and they have shopping stores such as walamrt and target nearby and restaurants as well so u don’t have to go far for anything. I would definitely recommend this house. The kids loved and enjoyed the avatar and rapunzel rooms. The home is very spacious and the owner is very nice and responds to all messages at a timely manner.
