Seclusion and privacy is what you will enjoy in our mountain home!

Relax in this large 4 bedroom house with 2 full baths. Large eat in kitchen and a woodstove. Rain or shine a large covered 16x20 deck allows for outside dining, entertainment and a wonderful view!
Less is more, living room has plenty of seating without the crowdedness of too many. THE PA EZPASS ON/OFF RAMP IS NOW OPEN AT THE BASE OF OUR DEVELOPMENT!
Guests can watch the hdtv, enjoy the view while other guests play a game of foosball. The kitchen and living room are adjoined. 8 minutes from Pocono Skirmish/Whitewater rafting. 20 minutes from the town of Jim Thorpe, 15 minutes from Penns Peak, 15 minutes to Lake Harmony, Split Rock, Big Boulder, Jack Frost H2o indoor water park plus so close to all Pocono attractions and destinations!

This was a fantastic stay/house for us. John met us here to start a fire for us and explain the house, then remained in contact throughout our stay. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 children. Thanks so much!

We enjoyed Jim Thorpe during the day the our stay at our Vrbo overnight. John had the wood burning stove going for us. Beds were very comfortable. Before heading home, we checked out Boulder Field for a little hiking.

John’s place was awesome and he was an excellent host. He communicated before our arrival and even had a fire going in the woodstove upon our arrival. The views from the kitchen area and living room were remarkable. It snowed the whole time we were there, but I can imagine how relaxing it would be to sit out on the patio in the summertime with those views and a fire. The kids loved having a foosball and Ms PacMan machine to use and there was more than enough room for all 7 of us.

Lovely Stay

We had a lovely time at this home in the poconos. The owner was always a phone call or text away for any concerns we had. He was there to make sure we arrived safely. Place was clean and perfect for our group.

With 10 people, with ages between 11 and 75 years old, finding a place that worked for everyone and not feel cramped was a challenge. But John’s place was perfect. The views are remarkable, the Ms. PacMan and foosball table came in handy, and the house was cozy and charming without feeling crowded.

We used the property for a two week work project in the area. The location was perfect. The employees loved the deck, the quiet surroundings and being able to grill after a long work day. Pack your own towels they are not provided. John, the host, was a delight to work with his politeness and quick responses. We highly recommend this property.

Wonderful mountain get away

Beautiful location

John’s place is a true getaway - so quiet and peaceful and spacious and super clean. Our trip got cut short due to family issues but we wouldn’t hesitate to rebook again for the next time.
