This unit has 1219 SF of living area and a 200 SF beach front balcony. Ceramic throughout Living, Dining, Kitchen, Baths and Bedrooms. Sandy Key 423 has a redesigned and remodeled kitchen which includes new soft close cabinets and drawers, granite countertops, additional lighting with dimmers, USB ports, and a counter height bar with 4 swivel stools. The bar has under-counter power also with USB ports to accommodate a computer-based workspace. The perfect spot to make your new "Work from Here" location!

Additional amenities include a reading area in the master bedroom, 2 La-Z-Boy recliners in the living area, a smart TV in the living area with a DVR to record your favorite programs while you are at the beach or pool, a programmable coffee pot as well as a Keurig, various family friendly card and table games (just in case of rain) and other amenities for your enjoyment. Relaxing

We had just left OB from a 5 night stay with our kids/grand kids. We wanted to stay an extra few days to rest and relax. Sandy Key was the perfect spot!!! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. 423 has recently been remodeled and was absolutely beautiful!! I would highly recommend this unit.

The condo was wonderful. The balcony was nice and big and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans and dishes. However there were no kitchen extras like salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc., so be prepared to bring your own. The check-in and check-out process was cumbersome and unexpected as I am not accustomed to having to go off-sight to get room key codes before I can get into the unit. Usually the key codes are provided online and anything else you may need like parking passes are left in the unit for you. The only issue I had with the beach experience was with the beach service providing chairs and umbrella and the HOA of the condo complex - but that is in no way the fault of the rental company. However because of that I may not ever book again in this condo complex.

We apologize that staples like salt, pepper and cooking oil weren’t provided — we don’t typically supply consumable pantry items due to health and safety. Sorry the off-site check-in made arriving cumbersome. We have/are moving to keyless entry with the keyless locks installed on properties in the near future. As you noted, beach service and HOA matters are handled by the complex rather than our rental team, but we understand how that impacted your stay and will pass along your comments to ensure they know the impacts on guest.
