The dining area is perfect for indoor entertaining, seating eight, with space for more, as needed. The fully equipped kitchen features all brand-new appliances and includes a breakfast bar and coffee station. Our coffee station is a java lover’s dream, featuring a Keurig or regular coffee machine, plenty of Keurig pods, ground coffee, sugar, cream, and sweetener. For tea lovers, there is a kettle, teapot, and a selection of teas. Inside the fridge, you’ll find complimentary wine, beer, soda, and sparkling water—grab a drink and enjoy!

The guest will have access to the entire private house with a private saltwater heated pool. The house can be accessed through a smart keypad.
