The second ground-floor bedroom features, full-size bed, flat flat-screen Roku TV, a walk-in closet and adjacent split-entry bathroom features a shower/tub combo with vanity. The spacious third bedroom located on the second floor features two full-size beds, a flat-screen Roku TV, and a walk-in closet. The second-floor bathroom features a shower/tub combo and vanity. Great location. Beautiful peaceful neighborhood with a heated community pool. Wide sidewalks to bike, walk or jog. Minutes from the Naples Beaches known for their white sand. Botanical Gardens, Zoo, Golf, Naples Pickelball Center. Historic downtown Naples has a variety of restaurants, cafes, delicious ice cream shops, shopping. Also, Veterans Park has outside music certain times of the year as well as Art shows near, usually on scheduled weekends.
