Clean and centrally located. 10min walk to great restaurants, and a short drive to either the airport or downtown. Comfortable space with ample closet space. Kitchen well stocked, and outdoor table offers a space to relax and enjoy the sun. I’d revisit!

Darling property. Very cute and VERY comfortable. Honestly my husband and I typically prefer a king size bed but this one was SO comfortable I would stay again over and over. Fantastic location and had ALL the right amenities to make our stay more than comfortable. Will stay here again anytime!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The home was perfect for our family. Julie and Ryan were great hosts, with good communication, easy check-in and check-out and a great space for 3 couples. We were in town for a family wedding and the location was wonderful, only 10-15 minutes to all of our destinations. Thank you so much!

Great for family time

The neighborhood is so nice and walkable. Easy walking distance to grocery and convenience stores, we had 5 people including one infant under one. Julie and Ryan communicated well with us and made us feel at home. All was in order, clean and welcoming. We used the space for downtime before and after a family party. Nice place to hang out with family. Easy stay.

It was okay but close to where we wanted to be. Carpet needs to be replaced and place needs to be cleaned better. No tissues, napkins or paper towels. The stairs going up had about 5 toothpicks by baseboard, dirty windows and kitchen floor.

Location, GREAT

The location of this condo was great! There was a convenience store one block away, major grocery store, restaurants, coffee a short distance away. There was also more restaurants, ice cream shops a close distance the other direction. We rented bikes from a shop just miles from the condo, very convenient. There was good communication with the property manager and easy check in. The condo was a perfect size for the family group we were traveling with, everyone had their own bathroom, very helpful.

The home was perfect and well-equipped for our family group of 4 adults. The owners were very gracious and accommodating when (through no fault of their own!) the VRBO platform glitched and told them we would be checking out one day earlier than we had booked for.

Clean and Cozy

We were in town for our daughter’s last senior home beach volleyball game at BSU. The house is in a good location, quiet and clean. Beds were comfortable and each room had its own bathroom which was great for mornings when we all had to be ready at the same time. Ryan and Julie checked in to see how we were doing, which was nice to know that they were a text away if we needed anything. Recommend!

Easy weekend trip

We came to Boise for a quick weekend, the location relative to our family meet up was perfect. The communication with the management was by far the best part. Super easy and fast communication with checking in and out. I also appreciate that the checkout process for clean up expectations was extremely reasonable. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd time in two weeks to stay at this particular BnB. My brother was in his final stages of life and the house is within a few blocks of his house. It was a comforting and homey place to return to at night. It is very clean! Julie and Ryan have been more than helpful with my many phone calls! We are actually staying there again next week! Can’t speak highly enough about it!!
