Beautiful modern house in a great location!

We had a wonderful stay! There were 5 of us (3 adults 2 kids) and there was plenty of room. The kitchen had everything we needed and the backyard was awesome. It is also centrally located so everything we wanted to do in Boise was on 5 - 10 minutes away. We will definitely be back!

We appreciated that it was clean and had nice furnishings. If weather had been better we would have enjoyed the back yard. Great location and neighborhood-not too far from Boise State. We would stay here again!

BSU Family Weekend Stay

This place was a home away from home for three of us adults, while visiting for BSU Family Weekend. Well kept, modern, loved the decor and set up! Great inside and out, and the hosts were great! Would recommend 10/10! thank you BoiseBNB!

Great place overall

This place is a very nice setup. The only suggestion I would make is add a tv in every bedroom. The Master bed room is the closest to a fairly noisy street. So it could be a little loud for a lite sleeper. All and all a very nice place and I would stay here again.

Nice place

The house is nicely remodeled and conveniently located close to BSU which was great. The only down side is it’s on a pretty busy corner/intersection and there was quite a bit of road noise in the master bedroom. Also it was a nice weekend and it would have been nice to have had the outside furniture set up to enjoy.

Short Stay Boise

My husband and I stayed with his sister in law while visiting our new grandchild in Boise. The location, floor plan and set up was perfect for us. The backyard is adorable and my 2 yr old grand daughter enjoyed visiting the tree house! We would love to stay again!

Everything you need in the kitchen

Stayed for work and was able to have a great stay with close friends. Cooked a full meal and even baked cookies from scratch. HVAC was a little tricky but once figured out, house was comfortable.

The house is STUNNING. Every detail makes you feel spoiled, from Alexa devices in every room, touch pad AC and entry locks, even the freezer makes two different kinds of ice (sounds silly to be so excited about that, but we really were). We are still dreaming about the beds. My 6 year old daughter was in the tree house every morning to say hi to ‘Nut’, one of the daily squirrels she would see. The neighborhood is beautiful to take a morning stroller walk through and both the airport and downtown are minutes away. The house really is the trifecta of vacation rentals!

Thanksgiving Weekend!

We booked this property because of the kitchen in the pictures and it did not disappoint. We were able to make thanksgiving dinner for our family of 5 and enjoy it together. The property was nice and well kept, clean. We utilized the internet for work and school while there and it was excellent. We ended up with 3 cars there due to our daughters coming to stay and the driveway / parking is great in that regard. Showers are nice with great pressure. We enjoyed movies, played card games and the convenience of this properties relocation when attending BSU football game and other activities. I would recommend this property to families and we would love to stay here again. Only complaint is the outside garbage was full when we checked in and being thanksgiving time we ended up overflowing it, but there is a recycle bin we where able to offload many items into.

Good Overall, But Some Issues

This property had a lot of positives, but a few things impacted our stay. On the plus side, the house was exactly as advertised and spotlessly clean. Check-in and check-out were also smooth and easy, though the communication surrounding check-in could have been better. We received automated messages, but responses to specific questions were slow and impersonal.The decor was charming and as pictured, which we appreciated. However, the living room couch was incredibly uncomfortable – definitely something to consider if you plan on spending a lot of time relaxing indoors. Our biggest issue was the temperature. Despite diligently monitoring the thermostat, the house was extremely cold. We are from Minnesota so used to the cold but it was difficult to get the temperature to a comfortable level, even with the heat running constantly. This made our stay less enjoyable than it could have been.Despite these issues, the cleanliness and accuracy of the listing were excellent. With some improvements to communication and the heating situation, this property has great potential.
