About this property
Cosy and family friendly house in Reykjavik, very Brilliant location.
Our house is centrally located in Reykjavik in a nice and calm neighbourhood called Laugardalur, only 4km away from the city centre. Bus transportation is just a few steps from our house, you are only a few minutes by bus to the city centre. The main swimming pool in Reykjavik, Laugardals swimming pool is close by. Biggest gym called World Class Laugar, it's next door to the swimming pool and if you go there you can also enter the swimming pool from the gym. The gym has also one of the nicest Spa's in Reykjavik, where you can get all kinds of treatments. Restaurants, bakeries, ice cream store are close by. There are also nice outdoor area in Laugardalur if you want to go for a walk / bike / run, you can follow the path all the way around the city if you like.
Our house is on two floors and has 5 bedrooms. On the ground floor we have a kitchen, living room, TV Room, bathroom and two bedrooms. On the 2nd floor we have the 3 bedrooms and the Master Bathroom ( with shower and bathtub ) Our kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need, Our living room has very nice fireplace, big dining table ( 13 chairs ) and TV room has 70 inch tv and apple tv with all the streaming services you need, Netflix and more, next to it big Fish Tank / Aquarium with over 70 fishes in it. Bedroom1 on the ground floor has a single bed ( 140x200 ) and Bedroom2 has one 120x200 cm bed, both bedrooms have TV's. From the living room you can enter our wooden patio / garden where we have a big Trampoline for the kids and a hot tub to relax in. On the 2nd floor we have 3 bedrooms, Bedroom3 is our Master bedroom with a Queen size bed ( 160x200 cm ), Bedroom 4 and 5 have both single beds ( 90x200 cm) and then we can add extra single beds ( 90x200 cm ) if needed. Upstairs in the hallway we have a small exercise area, with treadmill and some weights.
We have baby crib and high chair for your children.
We provide linen, towels and soap etc.
We manage over 150 properties here in Iceland, most of them in Reykjavik area and also few outside of Reykjavik. Please let us know if you would like to split your stay, some nights in Reykjavik and some outside of Reykjavik.
