Clean & Cozy 4 Bedroom - 4 Blocks to the Beach

Perfect 4 BR home for families with children. We have ample parking in our driveway and we are only 4 blocks to the beach. We are centrally located in Point Pleasant Beach - not only close to the beach, but also a short walk to downtown restaurants, entertainment, shopping and the train station. We have 8 beach badges for Jenkinson's Beach and a similar amount of beach chairs for your use. And we have several bicycles you can use to get around town. We have a nice comfy sectional sofa in the living room, a porch area to enjoy the evening summer breezes, a 2nd floor getaway hangout for the children, and a fully-equipped kitchen. In the backyard, you will have use of a gas grill and an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand at the end of your beach day. During the peak summer season, we are trying to rent for a full week. Sorry, we cannot accommodate prom inquiries or requests from college students.

Cleaning Protocols

Our cleaning crew has always been proud of maintaining high cleaning standards for our guests. However, we have expanded our cleaning protocols to give you increased comfort. Between stays, we are cleaning the bedding, including blankets, mattress pads, and pillow protectors. In addition, our cleaning crew will be disinfecting countertops in the high traffic areas like the kitchen and bathrooms. We trust these extra steps will give you the confidence that we are doing all we can to keep everyone healthy and safe. We look forward to hosting you.

We do not provide linens and towels. If you cannot bring your own, Coastal Linen Supply (732) 830-8228 is a local service that will deliver and pick up.

We do provide one roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each of the bathrooms to start your stay.
