Found this property in late 2014 and took the plunge in April, 2015. Always wanted a beach house, and now we have one!

Why they chose this property

We're close to everything, but not too close. Three houses from the boardwalk and a couple of blocks north of Casino pier is perfect. 5 minute walk to the rides, but far enough away to still be fairly quiet.

What makes this property unique

Full size, brand new washer/dryer. No tiny apartment style washer here. No need to go to landromat and no need to bring a week's worth of beach towels.

60" flat screen HDTV with cable. High speed WiFi also provided.
