I am a fourth generation Arizonan and our family loves everything Tucson, Arizona. The Historic West University property is conveniently 6 minutes walking distance to the University of Arizona and about 10 mintues walking distance to nearby shopping on 4th Avenue, local family restaurants near and Downtown city center, and many outdoor activities to enjoy year round.
What makes this property unique
The property is centrally located with a lovely rear courtyard and a patio table and chairs to accommodate six persons. A gas BBQ for grilling and relaxing with family and friends. Located 5 minutes by car to The Tucson Convention Center and many local restaurants, breweries, and vendors to enjoy during your vacation.
