This amazing home offers fantastic views of Beaver Lake from nearly every room in the house! Built in 2009, the home is in excellent condition, so don't hesitate to bring your family and friends and make yourself at home. This house is just a short distance from Eureka Springs, giving you easy access to the best attractions in Northwest Arkansas.

The home sits atop a ridge overlooking Beaver Lake. It has a big backyard, which is fenced for the kids. There is a cool and shady screened front porch at the entry of this home to enjoy your morning coffee or tea. The deck of the home wraps around the house from this porch and goes to the back of the house where there is plenty of room to entertain, grill, and enjoy the sunset on one of the Ozark's most beautiful lakes.

Inside, the full kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It's complete with a coffee maker, a microwave, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. The living room has elegant decor and the floor plan is open to the dining and kitchen. Head to the lower level of this vacation home for a more relaxed and rustic decor. A large TV and comfy couch make for a great place to view movies. There is an electric fireplace in the entertainment unit that houses the TV. There are two bedrooms and a sleeping area on this level with a full bath and a bar sink area. A double French door leads to the spacious fenced backyard and the view of Beaver Lake.

Majestic Views

Our stay at Majestic Mountain was sooo cozy! The two floors allowed for enough room for our family and a space for the kids to play. The views are unreal and were our favorite part of the stay.

We had 12 people, including 8 kids. Was great for kids and adults. The teens loved the house and the view. Good access to the lake and Eureka Springs without staying in the middle of everything. Would book again.

Great place

We were pleasantly surprised at this property. The online listing doesn’t do it justice. It was perfect for our family of 9. I was most impressed by the abundance of towels & linens available. We were very happy with all of the accommodations

Great stay for large group

We brought our youth group here for some vacation after a service trip. The teens loved the house and it was spacious enough for all of us. Having the downstairs game room and TV room was great. The teens also loved the view of the lake. It was nice staying outside Eureka Springs but being able to drive there easily and also access the lake and hiking trails with no more than a 15 min drive. 10/10, would stay again.

Great place to stay

It was a great place to stay until the storms took out the water and electricity. There was no backup generator to supply power to the house or water supply so we had to leave. We're waiting for a refund for the two nights we couldn't stay there.

July 4th trip

It was a nice place with a great view. The only thing was the air unit ran upstairs and downstairs. Which makes it colder downstairs while trying to maintain a comfortable temperature upstairs.

Great house for large groups

Overall we had a great stay, The house was great for the 14 of us and the view spectacular!! Very close to the lake and not a bad drive into Eureka Springs! However upon arrival the house was not clean. Floors were dirty as well as some of the bedding downstairs and the trash was overflowing outside. Once we cleaned it up ourselves, it was better and the POC quickly responded to our concerns. Though the issues weren’t taken care of during our stay, hopefully they will be for the next guests.

50th Anniversary Vacation

The house was great, plenty of room and a great view of the lake, however, when we got there we were greeted by a porch full of trash and trash scattered all over the ground on the side of the house. also noted the coffee pot that was supposed to be available was sitting on top of the pile of trash.. Contacted VACASA with little or no results.. Had to carry trash off ourselves and go driving around to buy a coffee pot..

Beautiful view

The view from the house is absolutely beautiful. The house itself is beautiful as well. Our kids really enjoyed the big wrap around porch. It was our saving grace considering they couldn't play in the big backyard because it was filled with weeds and the grass was too tall. However, they did have to be careful on the porch because of several loose boards. Due to circumstances, we opted to eat our meals at this house. The pots and pans were dirty and we had to clean them before each use. If you stay at this house, bring toilet paper and paper towels as not enough is provided. It is part of check out to clean and put all dishes away before check out at 11am. So if you plan on eating breakfast morning of check out-keep in mind you'd have to hand wash everything before putting it away. Communication was less than ideal with property manager/owner. We had requested early check in and we were approved the day before our arrival. We had planned a boat rental that started at 2pm. On the day of our arrival, we were a couple hours away from the house when the company called and said we couldn't be there until 3 at the earliest because the owner had overruled the request and scheduled maintenance to be done in the house. Totally understand that maintenance is required, but it would have been greatly appreciated if that decision was made before the day of the arrival and just a few hours before we were told our request to check in a couple hours early was approved. It was a disappointing start to our family vacation.

Great house for our family

The house is big and in a wonderful location overlooking the lake. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking utensils. The bedrooms are big. The driveway has an incline with a sharp curve. We would stay there again with family.

House was nice and spacious, view of lake was fabulous! Beware! No instructions on how to use TVs!

The house was perfect except the day we wanted to watch college football. After calling management 3 times we were informed that we had to download an app at the cost of $29.99 to stream on the main living area TV. We were surprised that we had to do this in order to watch our favorite SEC football teams. Had we known this ahead of time we would have looked further at other options for accommodations.

Picture Perfect

This property has a beautiful view of Beaver Lake. It is close to restaurants, shopping and the lake. The house was so comfortable and large enough for our 3 families. My grandchildren loved the ping pong tables downstairs. It has a beautiful deck with spectacular views of the lake. Just an amazing experience at Majestic Mountain. We highly recommend this property for you and your family. We plan to come back next year!

Great property with a spectacular view

The house was very nicely furnished and the kitchen was very well equipped. There was plenty of soap, shampoo & conditioner in the very nice showers (3 bathrooms). The view from the back deck was spectacular overlooking Beaver Lake. Even though it was hot during the day we were able to sit outside in the morning and enjoy our coffee and the view. There were lots of extra pillows and blankets available in the bedrooms. One word of warning is that one of the 5 bedrooms is really small with a bunk bed (twin on top, full on bottom) and dresser but no closet. All other bedrooms were very spacious. Master bedroom has a nice electric fireplace. The house is about 15 minutes from Eureka Springs.

We enjoyed the stay. Quite place. Love sitting on the porch.

The driveway was a mess after it rained. It was very hard getting our Motorcycles down the drive. But all in all it was good.

Amazing Home

Our family loved this home. Close to downtown & the lake. Stunning views. Spacious home with comfortable beds. There were a few issues but nothing major. Oven panel didn’t work during our stay so we were unable to bake anything & we could never get the living room tv to work so that was a little frustrating. Other than that, we enjoyed it & most definitely stay again.
