If you need a quiet retreat with a beautiful view, this is your place! The home is setup to accommodate a variety of needs/wants-which included Kayaks, hot tub, fire pit, air hockey, ping pong table, grill, supplies for children, extra blankets and bedding, etc.. We appreciated the thoughtfulness that went in to setting up this house. One of our highlights was the deck. We spent a lot of time out there, enjoying the view, eating and playing games. The house was clean and welcoming. It was exactly what our family needed.Also, the host was very responsive to any questions. Thank you!

The property was located in a nice quiet area with beautiful views. House was exactly as described and fit our family perfectly. The basement offered a variety of activities for kids along with a hot tub on the deck to relax after a day of hiking.

We absolutely LOVED this place! So welcoming, set up beautifully, and had absolutely everything our family needed! Our family still talks about this home and how it was our favorite! Can’t recommend it enough.

We loved our stay here and the view were beautiful and had pretty much all we needed. We didnt really have to reach out but we had a nice little welcome sign and some snacks. I personally loved have the little ice maker as I need ice all the time so thank you for that. There were blankets everywhere and we are blanket people so thank you again for that. We loved how spacious the house was and we all had our own space. Loved seeing all the deer out there felt like we were deep in the forest so quiet there. We didnt get to use the hot tub as much as we would have liked as the temperature was too hot for us and didn't know how to lower it. The other thing was there weren't any lights outside on the back porch, would have loved to have string lights or something to be able to grill or to be in the hot tub it was just a little dark.

Easy check in and great view. We really enjoyed the hot tub! We used the community area as well, plenty of room for our large family! Tip: pretty secluded area so be sure to bring food as we did not so we were stuck with the local Dollar General.

Early mornings on the deck provide beautiful views of the lake as deer wander through the property bringing a peaceful, unhurried start to your day. The house is large and very well laid out. The primary bedroom is upstairs with two bedrooms on the main floor and two bedrooms on the lower level. We all agreed the beds and bedding was quite comfortable. A well stocked bathroom is available on each floor offering very plush towels. The host was quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. The property is nicely situated between NW Arkansas and Eureka Springs making day trips a breeze.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and came fully stocked with all the essentials like pots/pans, towels, coffee, etc. They even left a bottle of wine as a gift and had adorable towel animals in every room : ) The view is absolutely beautiful too!

Incredible Spot!

We’re locals of NWA & wanted a staycation for my husbands 30th birthday & this place was the PERFECT spot for that! It was so clean, plenty of space for everyone, the hosts communicated efficiently & fast when we had some technical difficulties & lastly the view is incredible. Would 100% stay at this place again!

The sunrises looking out across the lake were gorgeous! We spent most of our time sitting out on the deck watching the wildlife running through the trees below or the squirrels and birds above. It was a very relaxing weekend.

Fantastic Views!

We got to spend several days with some friends that came in from out of the country at Rayburn Lodge. Just driving down to the lodge itself was an experience but walking in and seeing the view you had of beaver lake was great. The place was well equipped to handle all of our kids and us while allowing decent access to Rogers and the other attractions around beaver lake. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

So peaceful

We loved our stay at Rayburn Lodge. The view is incredible and the surroundings are so peaceful. Each floor had a unique deck space making it feel especially spacious. The place was so well stocked and welcoming. NWA were very responsive and accommodating for our special request. Something to note is that the living room furniture sits very, very low so it is not well suited for taller people or anyone who with knee or hip issues.
