Welcome to The Oasis Palm Springs! A mid-century home with resort style outdoor area, luxury interior, and located close to downtown Palm Springs. This modern estate includes a massive backyard with a huge heated pool, spa, large shaded seating area, and outdoor kitchen. A peaceful getaway and endless entertainment awaits: corn hole, pool toys, beautiful evening sunsets, or quiet relaxation — just a 7 min drive from downtown Palm Springs. This 3 bed 2 bath is the oasis you’ve been waiting for!
Cancellation & Processing Fees If you choose to cancel your reservation, our standard cancellation policy will apply. In addition, please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable. As a result, 4% of the total amount paid will not be returned, since these fees are incurred for accepting payments through our payment processing service
The Oasis sits on a 13,000 square foot lot, a perfect getaway, including a newly renovated house and beautiful massive backyard with incredible mountain views!
This resort-style home was completely remodeled inside and out. The bedrooms and spa-style bathrooms are stylishly designed and decorated with a mid-century modern vibe— lots of color, high-end furnishings, and swanky décor. The open floor plan has a free-flowing & inviting indoor-outdoor feel, perfect for lounging, dining, relaxing, or hanging with friends & family. For those looking to work remotely, The Oasis is perfect for that work from home getaway.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large outdoor area. For those who love to entertain, you won’t find a better place in Palm Springs. The beautiful kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal or some cocktails for the group!
There are plenty of dining options at The Oasis. Inside, you can keep it casual at the large kitchen island, or gather around the dining table for a more formal affaire. Outside, dine al fresco under the pergola, snack by the chaise lounges, or gather around the fire pit.
*please note the outdoor overhead lights do not work but there are string lights for the back patio.
Our driveway and front parking area can hold up to 3 cars. The garage is not for guest use but inside you’ll find a brand washer / dryer along with our pool toys.
There are security cameras in the front of the home only.
Guests will have entire access to the property.
Quiet and clean neighborhood just north of the Palm Springs airport. You will hear planes overhead but we find it fun to wave at the or think about where they might be going.
We encourage having a vehicle or using Uber / Lyft to get around.
Please note these details before you book.
Maximum nighttime occupancy – 6 (*breaking this rule is $1,000 fine per extra guest.)
-If you have more than 5 guests, there will be $25 per guest, per night, with a maximum of 6 guests at any time

POOL & SPA HEAT: We provide free spa heat, but If you`d like the pool heated it will there is a daily fee.. If you stay for 28+ days we will collect a deposit instead of a daily fee.
*Heating the pool is $85/day*
Pool heat is pre-heated 24 hours before* your arrival and it maintains heat from 7AM - 7PM, which would be perfectly warm through the night
Pet fee is $175 per pet. *if you are staying for over 14 days this fee will increase.
*Please note we are near the airport so you can periodically see or hear the planes. We and our guests find it more entertaining than distracting! (They do have a curfew).
**By City of Palm Springs Ordinance, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the city:
1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
2. Primary renter must provide a copy of his/her government issued I.D. prior to check-in. A copy of I.D. is kept on file while guest is at property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law.
3. Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement (contract).
4. All guests are required to print and sign names to City of Palm Springs confirmation that Good Neighbor Brochure has been read and understood by all adult occupants (this will be emailed with the rental agreement).
5. No more than 2 adults or children per bedroom (6 max) are allowed to occupy the home overnight with 2 additional guests allowed during daytime hours.
6. No more than 1 car per bedroom are allowed to be parked at the house overnight with 1 additional car allowed during daytime hours (3 cars max)
7. Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view.
8. Dogs are to be kept on a leash at all times when not in the home or in the confined space of the property. Dogs are to be kept from barking. A consistently barking dog is considered a nuisance.
9. Outdoor music is prohibited 24 hours per day. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line. Quiet time is between 8pm and 8am.
**These rules are set forth by City Ordinance and apply to ALL rentals in the City of Palm Springs. They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist.
- No more than 3 cars are allowed in the driveway or on the street. If so the city will find out and the extra cars will be towed.
- While we have Roku TVs in the house we do not provide log in information for streaming channels such as Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, and other. If you have accounts with those channel you can log in using your credentials.
- Guests are expected to turn off the gas to the BBQ, fire pit, and hot tub when not in use.
DAMAGE INSURANCE FEE: All reservations are subject to an $89 Damage Protection Fee, which covers accidental damages incurred during the stay. This fee safeguards guests against additional charges for qualifying damages, providing a streamlined and worry-free experience.
Guests who cancel within the applicable cancellation window will receive a full refund, minus any transaction or processing fees charged by payment platforms or software providers.
All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there’s no damage or broken rules during your stay. If you choose to cancel your reservation prior to checking in, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. The remaining balance of the reservation will follow our cancellation policy.
During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it’s over 100 degrees outside.

Palm Springs Vacation Rental Rules (per the city):
1) No music or sound is allowed outside at any time (including TVs, phones, radios, or any device).
2) Sound from inside the home that can be heard outside is also not allowed.
3) Quiet hours are in effect 24 hours a day. Guests are required to keep noise levels to a minimum at all times, both indoors and outdoors. Per City of Palm Springs regulations, outdoor music or amplified sound is strictly prohibited at any time. Violations may result in fines issued by the city, which will be the sole responsibility of the guest.
4) Voices carry easily due to the quiet neighborhood and surrounding mountains—be mindful.
5) Keep pool noise and activities at a reasonable level—no excessive or prolonged screaming.
6) Noise complaints can lead to a visit from City Code Officers and possible citations.
7) Only one vehicle per bedroom is allowed; use the driveway or garage first before street parking.
Other things to note about the home:
Pool cleaners come every Tuesday and Friday to clean the pool, in addition the landscapers come every Friday, so please don`t be alarmed if you see them during your stay..
MID-STAY CLEANING: For any reservations of 28 nights or more, we do require a cleaning every 2 weeks. This is at the cost of the guest and its $75/hr (minimum 2 hours) for cleaning. This will be collected after you book.
Max nighttime guests is 6 and max daytime guests is 10, breaking this rule is $1,000 per extra guest per night.

Looks are deceiving-you are not getting what you paid for
Filthy. Master bedroom sheets had bleach stains, dust bunnies & layers of dust on the wall, dried pasta on the stove, bird poop & stains on the outdoor cushions and if that wasn’t enough the washing machine was broken. Compound the filth with broken/non working lights making the backyard space completely unusable. This is a poorly managed & maintained propert.

For future guests: Please know we fixed everything the guest asked us to within 24 hours, but unfortunately for some that is not enough. We have hosted 3 guests since their departure with 0 complaints.
