Central 5BR Villa Pet Friendly Great Outdoors
This villa was rebuilt in 2019. It has a huge courtyard where you can enjoy a BBQ grill while watching movies with your friends. Rest easy knowing that our villa provides essential household items upon your arrival. While we do not restock like hotels, we encourage you to replenish any depleted supplies at your convenience.
Located in a vibrant and blossoming SODO and Hourglass districts both of which feature all sorts of local flavors such as local breweries and one-of-a-kind restaurants. Close to I-4 and 408 two major highways which can take you to the parks or best local restaurants. Community pools, pickle ball and tennis courts, craft breweries, local hidden gems all just a few miles away or walking distance. Those are the perks of staying in the local quiet neighborhood.
Note: All stays over 28 days require $35 background check and the lease agreement.
